I thought maybe warehouse worker in for example a soda factory. Ive been telling myself, im probably gonna pack stuff right most of the time so no need to check too many times. And why soda? Well its not that expensive and its not gonna blow up or set fire to anything. And by the end of your shift, all you have to check is that the forklift is plugged in correctly. Not too much stress

That's a pretty cool suggestion! Maybe a marshmallow or pillow factory for even less stress 😂 My first job was at BJS (a wholesale club like Costco) and I know it was pretty easy to get trained on the forklift there. Actually, a lot of jobs there would be great for people with OCD. Product, dairy, and "recovery" (pulling empty boxes off shelves, pulling fresh product to the front) were all kind of fun honestly.

i used to have ocd brother, but then i learned about act and mindfulness, people who is currently dealing with ocd should look for the job they want, regardless in mu opinion, having the ocd label for the rest of your life it’s not helpful, thanks for all the work that you do, love your channel.
and sorry for my English, i’m from Mexico:)
