We always feel like we've figured out everything...
We make plans for the future but as we mature...we learn that we were not entirely right about our plans because majorly they were all based on how our surroundings and society expect us to do but with time we learn to carry out things more strategically and logically....
We all learn by our mistakes from past or young years...
Honestly maturity and aging brings out much better perspective about Life...
    Love your content...
Honestly this channel deserves more audience ☺️..

Amazing video but I disagree about the car analogy because like you said you saved yourself 100 minutes by driving a vehicle to work instead of spending 2 hours using transit.
Time is more valuable than any $ amount and with knowing how to use your money and being frugal can turn that car into an asset instead of a liability but I would say a vehicle for the most part is in-between.
I get your point though, for anyone else reading this, invest into buying an electric vehicle to cost down on fuel costs or preferably a hybrid vehicle to enjoy the best of both worlds.
But generally newer vehicles tend to cost a lot of money so if you do end up buying a beater I highly recommended to buy a car that you’ve done a little research on about it’s reliability and always have a knowledgable friend or family member present when buying a used car so they can help you evaluate whether the Car is worth the money or not after seeing it in person! Cheers :)
    - Ps. You NEED a car for functionality and reliability, not for looks.
    - Also if you do end up investing a-lot of money into an electric vehicle, pair that with an Uber side hustle and you turn your car into an asset, a literally cheat code.
    - Especially if you make your car super nice and comfortable for the rider and generally stay around the nicer, city areas, you’ll make a lot of good tips.

I agree, time is more valuable, but my point was more aimed at students and people in their early twenties or teens :) I have a car now as I need it for the main purpose of driving my to and from work which saves me 2 hours a day

Hi Kenji, I just wanted to say I love watching your videos as they are so informative. I'm 17 and was also considering uob as a prospective place to study. I'm really glad you shared your experience about your car purchase but wouldn't the cost of public transport be expensive and time consuming in the long run? thank youu so much for these videos xxx

Thank you so much! It has to be a balance between public transport and a car and where you are in life. When I was young I had more time to take public transport if it meant saving money. At my age now, having a car to save time is worth the extra money
