Exactly dear friend... i often use canned food when i dont want to cook every day.. i cook 1 day and eat next 10... this food can be used in lot off situations... sometimes nature like wind or snow can cut off electricity... you will have aolution to save food from freezer... gas stove or wood... and you will can all goods. Clevsr people like you my friend know the point ❤️

In the first boiling, we add 1 tsp of baking soda to help eliminate the enzymes in the beans which cause bloating and gas. You may want to try it and see if it makes more of a difference. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful recipes. We live in Alabama, USA.

Mi estimada Tanjia vivo en la falda de una montaña de la Cordillera de Los Andes ,seguí tus pasos pero el frijol aún después de cuatro horas de cocción parecían balas, tuve que abrir la conserva y volver a cocinar en una olla de presión por una hora para poder consumirlos!!, Por aquí los granos solo se cocinan en olla de presión por la baja presión atmosférica que hay en las alturas, entonces envasé frijoles cocinados y me quedaron espectaculares. Muchas gracias.

@@Nemo-tq8dk canned? I still have some l did 6 months ago.. but l know people have it in cans/ jars for a couple of years.. if you keep them in a cool dark area... they will last decades if prepared correctly.. remember, use buy dates never used to be a thing of the past

Suggestion to make 3, put one back until sucessful with recipe and method, eat two while freshly made. Tanja sterilizes jars, new lids, she uses 9 percent vinegar or double if using 5 percent vinegar. She said to do as she does as we are new to this too. Lid rim must have good seal, so wipe off with vinegar, lid must depress to seal after. Store in dark basement.

I love the spirit of your channel, and canning for emergencies. However, adding a spoonful of vinegar won’t eliminate the chance of getting botulism in these types of foods. I would love to see you do a final step of pressure canning the jars instead of the hot water bath method, which should only be used on high acid foods like fruits and tomatoes. This will make it 100 percent safe.
Botulism does not develop in acidic enviroment. Acidity in jar must be
