Thank you for sharing this recipe. Love it! It's very tasty. Just finished eating this dish with fresh Kale/Fava bean salad, fresh sliced strawberries and fresh jack fruit. Would love seconds but it's all gone! I took a picture of my meal and sent it to my son and he replied with, "Mannnn dat looks good."

The method i made this recipe was,
    - roast the seeds
    - peel the transparent layer
    - pressure cooker the seeds for 2-3 whistles with salt
    - add finely chopped onions to oil in a pot
    - add some cut curry leaves
    - add finely chopped tomatoes
    - add spices: salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric
    - add green chillies
    - add water
    - after tomatoes are soft, add the boiled seeds and yogurt
    - cook for sometime
    - garnish with some coriander leaves
    Ready to eat !!
Totally delicious!! Me and my sister totally loved it!!

I solve my bloating plus belching problems (for decades) by means of applying ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) daily. It's really effective but not costly.
U can figure it out via RUclips. ⚘

Near 1:40, it was mentioned that the seed should be soft, but not too soft, The issue is that it is very challenging to blend the seed in curry even after pressure cooking for some time, so it is very difficult to make it too soft, I have no issues with other part of the video.

Dear Ragini, , i agree with you that roasted jackfruit seeds are yummy and since you also have expressed the same, then instead of boiling the seed why not use roasted seeds? Maybe you will have an explanation for that. Anyways, i'm going to try with roasted seeds:-)

Charcoal is the best. The other alternate is to is just boil (add salt) and eat. I have also roasted on flame and eaten it

    • @STAY_hey_yeah

    • @rekharanjini3717
      @rekharanjini3717 6 лет назад +2

You can dry the seeds under sun and use it when ever you want. You can use the dried seeds even after a month. Just boil and they will become as fresh seeds. Peel the membrane when you want to use it.

Of course . Our childhood memories are reminded by you with the old grandma special curry. I have found another site where such producers of value added products and the farmers of jack fruit are being helped by that site, to sell goods and the agricultural products directly to their local customers or any other customers. That may be helpful to you or if you know some farmers or small scale producers could be guided to www.jackfruitindia.com. Any small farmer can build their online store and sell to customers. Tell some one if it is helpful.
