5:54 actually its different from how it works in the first game. you start every level with 2hp, so you can survive a single bullet on level start, and executing an enemy regains 1hp back if you did lose it. no longer a (25%?) random chance like it was in hm1. hotline miami really loves its obscure and not explained at all mechanics

So the devs developed a sprite of fat guy for: gangsters (the one in the first mission), colombian, prisoner, even russian soldier, but not actual russian mafia member? also didnt have a russian mafia member sprite for melee only samurai
