High chance you may have that same expression like “yea right, in what world?”. It’s sad when the state have to pass a law “Crown Act” that prevents this type of bias from effecting employees from this type of bias as well.
I’ve installed windows shakers (window AC) and as long as it’s tiled towards outside it will never leak in the house. The condensate pan is located on the backside of the AC.
The judge needs to ask her father or brother, who are supposedly contractors, about the flooring. She is clearly mistaken that a couple of planks can just be replaced. Number one, if the flooring is three years or so old, that particular model is likely out of circulation. I know because it happened to me. Number two, with lock-in floors, you have to rip out a whole lot more than just one or two planks to repair it. And number three, that so-called water damage may actually be defective flooring and is probably out of warranty. All that said, the landlady is just being greedy. The tenant did nothing wrong.
Every time they start a new episode and they play the People's Court theme song, I find myself feeling like it's the early 70's and I'm a teenager again. Then it hit me, because back then there was a song plastered all over the radio, it's the 5th dimension and their song " Papa was a rolling stone ", might even be that the People's Court theme song was inspired by that old tune.
They tried to get over on him. How do you keep this man's entire deposit, and then show up to court to sue for damages with no proof of damage. Defendant seems so nice and plaintiff's seem like they have no idea what they're doing. They should NOT be anyone's landlord.
Landlords can be so greedy! If you bother them with repairing or replacing worn out stuff they don’t like it but then try and collect on your way out by keeping your deposit or suing you like this case. 🤦🏾♀️

The guys face in the back when the defendant says he's an assistant principal.
Right I didn't understand why he was laughing and made that face.
@@Sharell17 looks like they deleted my reply to your question. But it’s basically the same as imagine someone who looks like a Lil Wayne clone tell you that they are a wall street banker. High chance you may have that same expression like “yea right, in what world?”. Same here, the defendant have cornrow hairstyle and both ears pierced, so when the defendant said he was an assistant principal the reality of the man in the audience was challenged due to the for decades the media have been pushing the bias that someone who looks like the defendant is not educated or have a profession as an educator, they are more likely to be behind bars, in a rap video, or gang banger. It’s sad when the state have to pass a law “Crown Act” that prevents this type of bias from effecting employees from this type of bias as well.
Just being a typical racist
@@peachycalmable The race card.. you're so unique and original.
You have no idea why he laughed or made a face. He could have heard something funny from someone else . So quick to judge.
🤣🤣 he said he gonna get the security deposit the easy way or hard way !! And he just won 😂🤣 this guy a trip
This lady didn’t have NOTHING! What did she expect?
From the start, I think the husband knows the lawsuit has no merit.
And he lied about the conversation. 5:09
should've filed a counter-suit
I’ve installed windows shakers (window AC) and as long as it’s tiled towards outside it will never leak in the house. The condensate pan is located on the backside of the AC.
I am thoroughly impressed at the way announcer pronounced his name so effortlessly it just rolled of his tongue
Yes ma'am that is wht u get when u hve no evidence!
This woman is so unprepared smh where did she think she was going?
She's pathetic!
I'm weak that she upset she couldn't account what she used the deposit for 🤣
The landlord seems like she's about to cry 😳
The judge needs to ask her father or brother, who are supposedly contractors, about the flooring. She is clearly mistaken that a couple of planks can just be replaced. Number one, if the flooring is three years or so old, that particular model is likely out of circulation. I know because it happened to me. Number two, with lock-in floors, you have to rip out a whole lot more than just one or two planks to repair it. And number three, that so-called water damage may actually be defective flooring and is probably out of warranty. All that said, the landlady is just being greedy. The tenant did nothing wrong.
This guy yelling out his defense like he's playing charades😆
My brother talks like that too. A lot of black people speak passionately like that
Gotta be quick with it!
Judge: How is the flooring the tenants fault sir?
The husband:
Lmao she has nothing and she's frustrated. I feel bad for her but it's funny. She said "I don't know anything anymore at this point "
LMAO!!!
That woman has the audacity to get mad because she didn't bring any evidence.
“What did ya bring??!!!!” Lol! 😂😂😂
I like this man..👍👍
They didn't know how good they had it.
Landlords can be so greedy! If you bother them with repairing or replacing worn out stuff they don’t like it but then try and collect on your way out by keeping your deposit or suing you like this case. 🤦🏾♀️
Especially in NY they piss me off
The Plaintiff had no real physical evidence with pictures. She only had heresay evidence. That won't work in court. Get the plank replaced. He's not responsible. The Defendant was really nice. I'm so glad he won!
Why is the plantiff mad when she brought no proof. It's her fault
11:10 The judge's crazy eyes! 😂
I wish he would’ve countersued for his security deposit. Especially once he saw he was getting sued! He was very professional, and even if he did all of that damage, which I do not believe he was responsible for… How do you charge him twice by keeping the security deposit and then bringing him to court. These landlords actually hurt themselves because they made it known that they’re greedy!
The tenant should have sued for his deposit back (cross sued). He would have won, minus the plastering to fill the holes for his TV and other things he hung.
Plus, she took him renting there personal.
I love how the guy they asked outside assumed that all bathrooms have a fan to use after showering. Lol 😆 I wish.
