How to reset the service mode on a baxi neta nec combi boiler GA boiler also same on the baxi duo tec GA range
This will need to be done after the boiler has been serviced and tested correctly to ensure its all safe. Always use a gas safe engineer.The boiler may seem faulty but if its got 5d flashing then you may only need a boiler service. The gas engineer / plumber that attends will be able to reset the boiler and take the code off after its been serviced.

Yay, it worked. I just repressurised the boiler, usually I leave the 5 day thing but it's been annoying leaving it like that everytime I have to fill it up.. I didn't want to leave the job unfinished and now it's gone! Thanks so much for your easy to follow instructions. You make boiler problems stress free!

I’ve been having loads of problems with this boiler, latest one being the boiler is firing up heating is ok but don’t get any hot water. The temp on the boiler goes up but water doesn’t warm up. Any ideas? Thanks for any help in advance

Hi I have the same boiler with a wireless baxi controller. We find that the thermometer reading on the controller is out (reads higher temperature than it is) and if we put the temperature on over 21 degrees the pressure gauge climbs into the red and the boiler stops. Anyone got any advice?

My Duo Tec Boiler has stopped working I have it serviced by Baxi this was done in August. Whats happened this morning the display went out but the fan is running but the boiler wont fire up I have read it may be the PDC but I cant get a Baxi engineer till January 4th.

Hi Allen. My boiler says 1.44,
it then tries to heat rads up but once it gets to ~54C it cuts out
Screen goes blank and boiler makes a "whirring" sound
Screen comes on and says 1.44
And does it all over again
Do you have any ideas what it could be as it was serviced ~2 weeks ago so didn't know if I needed to reset something?

I am interested in whether it is possible to somehow reduce the speed of the pump on this boiler? I have a problem since my radiators have a lot of noise and no air in them..can the speed of the pump be reduced since it is modulating
Anyone know why flame icon in triangle and spanner light flash like mad and boiler cycles on and off every 10 seconds, fires up shuts down, fires up shuts down. Pressure goes up. Release water to reduce pressure, works for a day then starts again going mental. Drain more water,works ok on Ch but no hot water to taps cos pressure too low. Driving me mad. Boiler 18 months old and told by plumber I need new boiler !!!!

Hi Allen I have a job where this boiler has CH but no DHW.... rads heat, burner is lighting, flow and return hot, heat exchanger cold to touch, and no hot water from hot out. Customer had been saying hot water temp had been reducing in the recent months. Any ideas what it could be? someone said possibly the diverter valve but not sure.

Hi Allen. I had the 5d flashing and it was annoying me, so I used the reset video above to remove it. Now I have no hot water! Is there a fix because I’m a little cheesed off!

Hi Allan are these Baxi GA range any good ? I’m thinking of offering them to my customers as an alternative to the Baxi 800/600 range . I don’t want to fit them if they are probmatic further down the line . Cheers Simon.
The Baxi GA is one of the worst boilers I am aware of in my opinion.

Hi Allen, great videos mate thank you! wondering if you can help? I have a Baxi Neta Tec, the pressure is constantly dropping (summer i never top it up as heating's never on) but winter so far had to top it up nearly every day. Also my hot water goes hot and cold repeatedly, at first I thought it was just the shower but i think its the whole house. Can you advise what it may be? Cheers (I've subscribed to the channel!)

@@AllenHart999 People in upstate New York don't know how to work on this machine. Supposedly it was fixed, haha. I have to keep reseting the hot water and I figured out how to turn the temp. down. At least it lasts long enough so I can shower and maybe do the dishes. It came with an installation manual but no user manual. I've tried to find one online without luck. Maybe you can help. Geee thanks Sir! What do we have to do when a service is due? What needs to be changed or clean? I just reset the service error without doing anything to the boiler.
