    Hello Ms. Joy.. I tried this today and turned out very well and like you said , moose like cheesecake.. very heavenly and taste so awesome. I tried most of your recipes and its always awesome. You're very precise and always teach us techniques and proper way without shortcuts.. I'm a fan of yours.. and I'm just a guy that loves baking..

    Made two of these for our coach visitors at Foxglove garden yesterday. (40 people tried it.) They said it was the best cheese cake they had ever had! Thank you so much for the demonstration and recipe.

    Hi Stephanie, Greetings from India! I have been following your videos and tried many of your recipies the outcome is simply awesome and amazing. A major credit to my love for baking and as a stress buster goes to you. I baked the cheese cake yesterday for my husbands birthday and to my delight to was flawless and my 5 year old too loved it.     I wanna thank you mrs.Stefani Jaworski for being such a wonderful teacher/educator specially to me.eventhough i have'nt went into any collinary school.by watching your video i learned how to bake cookies,cupcake,cakes,brownies,etc.i like it when i go to link and see the recipe cause you always convert cups into grams (cause i dont have weighing scale)i also wanna thank mr.jaworski for his good video editing.

    Made this cake 2 days ago it is AMAZING! I personally preferred it after just a few hours in the fridge when it was still soft than the overnight texture to it but still amazing either way. Froze most of it before I finish it myself :) Nice to have for my next chocolate craving...

    Hello, I want to thank you for upload these recipes. I've tried the creme fraiche, the ginger-lemon scone, the apple sauce, the apple tart, the chocolate cheesecake. I've shared the food with others and they all love it.
    Your instructions are very clear, and you explain each step with great details. I can't tell you how much I love the way you talk. It's always so precise and thorough. Since I don't always follow the recipe, it makes me really confident while baking, since I know what each step is for and what will happen if I choose to skip or change them a little bit.

      +Tiffey Williams Plain yogurt is more similar to sour cream. I think that will work fine

    Hi I have made this so many times all my friends adore it it the best chocolate cheese cake you only need a small slice as it's very rich ,l will be doing one for xmas instead of xmas pudding thanks . Chrissy

    I made this cake for the 2nd time now. I didn't change much, just +25% ingredients for a 28cm springform, and adding a pinch of cinnamon to both the chocolate wafers and the cheesecake filling.
    I used chocolate with 60% cocoa, presenting the cake to a big crowd of people. All loved the intense chocolate flavor, combined with the tartish aroma of the cheese.
    It is a decadent, delicious cake - overwhelming!
    For Germans: Use "Schmand" for sour cream.

      if you dont likr eggs . you can.make a cheese cake withiut them. only use cheese whipped cream icing sugar and some vanilla extra and you can add.melted chocolate

      But you won't make it you place it in the fridge to set overnight. It will be a no bake cheesecake.

    Really worked well. Only doubt was oven temperature. 165 C for 50 minutes was good for me.

    Wow this is the best cake I've ever made. Great recipe great directions excellent job. I only had one problem my cake seem to collapse after I took it out of the oven. What can I do to avoid that next time?

    Hi stephanie, If I were to use the kind of chocolate I eat out of hand, like a candy bar, for the bottom wafer would that work? And are there any other alternatives for the bottom wafer crumbs?

    Hi Stephanie, I want to try to make this cake with white chocolate instead of the original recipe do you this I could do that or it wouldn't work? I wonder about the ganache to if I could do it with white chocolat?!?!

    Stephanie, thank you SO much for this recipe. I am going to definitely try this soon. I went on your website and printed the recipe out. Also, is there a substitute for sour cream? Thanks and I hope this turns out like yours because whenever I try something like this it tastes HORRIBLE but with your easy explanation I hope this turns out great.     I made this cake the other day and it turned out delicious. There is one thing that I don't like though, it's falling apart into very small pieces when I cut it with a fork. What do you think could be the reason for that?

    Btw, I just love your sweet smile. You are a chef that actually explains other then other chefs. Not that I'm saying there bad but u are my favourite. Did u go too cooking school? Because wow u have such good skills as a baker:) you should be paid for your wonderful work. Or have a commercial so people can watch you. ;)

      Thank you for your kind comments. I'm mainly self taught. The only class I have taken is a week long patisserie class at Le Cordon Bleu.
