I have the Ivory Crocodile model. It is one fine, fine pen. Thick section, heavy, with a broad nib. One of the smoothest steel nibs I have. In general FC makes some of the best steel nibs out there. FC is also one of oldest writing instrument makers. Hope the pen brings you years of writing pleasure.
Great video! I have two FC E-Motion pens, including the Stealth model. They both write very smoothly, feel good in the hand, and look terrific! Congrats on yours and enjoy!
I have two Faber-Castell Loom pens, a fine and medium. I love both, they write so well. But I can't seem to jump to another FC model. Maybe I'll reconsider the Emotion. Thanks.
Nice 👏 I have this pen I would recommend Faber castell ondoro oakwood and for more value graf von Faber castell wood type pens It's a very warm and nostalgic pen
This is a stupid design, why is it all textured and grippy except for the part where you hold it to write? The only part that is slippery is where it matters to be grippy...
I know that there have been others who feel the same way, so I understand. Some don't like the weight either. I haven't minded the section and I really like the weight.
@@darrellmangum4239 i don't mind the weight, matter of fact i love heavier pens that feels quality and solid, i would have bought this pen with no second thought had the section been textured as well, i currently have the faber castell grip, and looking for a next upgrade, this would have been perfect had the section been textured, now i am thinking whether i can live with it and get the pen or not.

Nice. I like the black finish and the knurled barrel
Agreed! In fact, I like a few other pens with similar finishes. Maybe someday?

Just stumbled, or lurched, across your channel and it is a delight. Looking forward to viewing many more of your videos.
Beautiful! 👍🏻 Enjoy it!

Been using it all week. Wrote a couple letters, worked on notes for a book. Several journal entries. WONDERFUL! Even better than I had hoped.
Consider Faber castell ondoro oakwood or ambition coconut wood 🌹

I was just looking at those pens. Lovely! I wll invest one day, primarily because of how these pens write!
When did this pen first come out in the U.S.?
Not sure, I've seen it around for almost ten years.
Nice bag!
Why do you need the converter?
The converter is just a syringe like tube for using ink from a bottle. You can also use ink cartridges you can buy.
How much does it cost?
It's been a while, but I've seen them lately between $180 and $200.
