Even the Nairobi Mombasa express way should be given to CRBC. The Americans who have been given the contract are very slow and most likely won't even complete the project
To be on safe side the terraces and interior walling should be done by end of March;for commencement of the Canopy and curtain walling as there would be a lot of steel work entailed.
Good job Mr. Were kindly forward my plea, that all the three stadiums should go the hybrid turf way for a long lasting playing surfaces please. Uganda is doing it at Mandela stadium why not us. We should show that we are the best in everything
Dec 2025 cannot be ready unless it is not what we saw in the master plan, Everton is building a worldclass stadium day and night in shifts and has taken now the fourth year 97% complete but still not yet ready for use since alot of quality and safety checks being done.
I hope knowledge transfer is also in place for stadium development and maintenance so that when the contractors leave we do not have problems or leave our stadiums in delapidated state
The problem in Kenya is that we don’t support talent. After afcon this stadium will struggle to generate revenue because Kenyans don’t watch local football
