Hello dear! Thanks a lot! 🙏🏼 For active movements, more than 12 hours per day (ideally more than 16). For stabilizing the treatment obtained movement, between 10 and 12 hours

I was wondering. How does the bite stay like that once bite is corrected? How did orthodontits know and ask patient they can stop wearing elastic already.
Im asking because im wearing my elastic for almost 2 weeks now to close my anterior open bite. When i remove my elastic for few hours i notice my bite will start to open again. Will the bite stay closed later on?
