MY QUEEN STILL GOT IT!! How did I never see this??? Raven-Symone is STILL one of the most successful child stars turned adult actresses today. She's a phenom and very heavily slept on musically, unfortunately. Grew up and was coached by some of the most iconic performers and entertainers in the business and some of it happened before she was even a teen. The only sad thing is not being able to remember much of her time with Bill as a kid because she was so young. The girl is a comedy BEAST and I'm so proud that she was honored with such an award because I strongly feel that Raven isn't honored enough for all that she's done and continues to do, whether you grew up with the original Cosby Show, Hangin' With Mr. Cooper and That's So Raven runs or started with reruns, Raven is part of every generation since the late 80s and still holds the title for top child star in my eyes. LOVE HER.
Omg Raven looked amazing and she soooo deserved that award, shes phenomenal in everything she does and shes such a great role model. Shes truely the best, love her :)

Everyone needs to stop focusing on her weight and start focusing on who she is. Raven is real, point-blank. Why everyone is so upset over her weight is beyond me. You need to let go of this image of what celebs should look like because it's not real.
Raven is real, true, and funny. She IS a role model and she deserved that award.

She so deserves this and as soon as I saw this in "Recommended Videos", I was like, yeah...she should be honored. All that she's done for kids and teens...as an excellent role model who I saw back n tha day rappin' "That's What Little Girls Are Made Of" when she was 7 and I was 18. Wow! Go 'head Raye! She's popular, but not in the music industry. Reasons being because her record companies don't push her albums right, plus according to "industry insiders", she doesn't fit the mold of a "typical female artist". A size 2, anorexic stick figure who sings about garbage. She sings songs about female empowerment and self respect. She doesn't sing songs about sex, drugs, and violence 'cause that's not who she is. If she did that, she'd sell millions. But she didn't sellout and look where she is NOW!
