Your child is scheduled to have adenoid surgery at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Don't worry, our ENT team has everything you need to know to make you feel at ease. Here's a short video to let you know what to expect.
I had surgery 2 days ago, literally not as bad as it sounds, idk if the experience is different for each person, but went well for me.
I’m showing this to my mom since I’m getting this surgery
Just had adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy at this hospital, good job, no setbacks, and recovering smooth, would reccomend
who recommends a surgery wjkriwisiwis
@@olivia.3765 yeah, I guess it does sound weird, but I was just saying that the doctors were nice, the food was okay, and recover went pretty good, but I guess I shouldn't recommend literal surgeries
L.D.C Films lmaoooooo i got what you were saying i just thought it was funny 💀💀

i’m getting the surgery this summer :)
i just got my adenoids removed and when i got home i cried so much and went to the bathroom so much and my cheeks are so red from the gauze to gold my snot
My sister is having this done on July 17th. Will she have post operative pain?
Please ASK your pharmacist for dosing.
It kills man I’m on the 4 day
Me too
I had to get them removed and my tonsils at the same time and I’m on day 2 and it’s the worst thing ever
It’s honestly not bad. The surgery wasn’t bad. They treat you like a king in the hospital. And the the pain after the surgery isn’t all that bad unless when you are eating. That’s when it hurts the most
My son is going to be staying over night
Is he okay now?

He hasn’t gone due to it being pushed back I’m scared as hell he has autism too . I had mine out and it was horrific I have trauma from it , they assumed I was in pain cuz I kept crying out so they over dosed me on morphine and codene . I went into arrest because they gave me too much pain meds . My son has autism like I said and has always had a high pitched cry or scream , I’m terrified they will do the same thing to him that they did to me .
Omg what do u mean pushed back?and was it soo worse that u got trauma and i cant even say anything about arrest
@@Naughtydahmer i think ur sons experience might be better than urs u sjould definently take him to surgery it might hurt him for a week or so but he will be very happy after that
I had my adenoids removed with my tonsils in January, its April now.. is it normal afterwards to have small amounts of blood after sneezing or blowing your nose? It happens now sometimes but not frequently
