@@anitageorge4850Well, that's the point. The opportunity to have a role in such a well-rated and stacked production is a privilege that should be earned, not given. I agree with your point about improving, but that's what the theatre is for. If the time comes, the ones who deserve it should get a chance to show themselves out there.
But this is Bollywood we are talking about. This industry does not give a lot of damn about how their movie turns out to be. The passion of filmmakers is restricted only to the big fat check they get here. So they would rather have star kids who bring a brand of their successful parents, which would guarantee them that check. Rather than bring the authentic art they want to make here.
The entire blame does not lie on them, though. It's not easy for a filmmaker to survive in this country unless they have the cushion of big production houses because the finance industry and government do not give a lot of damn about the entertainment industry in this country. Even the loans to make the films depend on what actors will be present in the movie because the audience goes to those movies where there is a brand value, so nepotism is not entirely the Bollywood industry's problem. It is a problem of both industry and government.
My point is that Indian Cinema deserves both a better audience and a better climate for the filmmakers.

The remaining non star kids in this film deserve my respect. They know that people will abondont them completely because they have no Bollywood connection but they stood to their feet and focus on their acting. I like their attitude.

Exactly who are you talking about. The only kids and stars in movies were Agastya(Archie), Suhana(Veronica), Khushi(Betty), Vedang(Reggie), Aditi(Ethel), Mihir(jughead) and yuvraj(Dilton). After leaving the star kids others have only gotten barely 3-5 minutes scenes in the movie. So how are you judging the non star kids acting in 3-5 minutes.

There is no more heroine material left. They're all kids of stars now in the movies who have been exposed throughout the years there's no mystery to them at all so it's not that much of a thrill. I think the last star really from India would probably be Madhuri. After her it's all kids of past actors.. hopefully there will be some new directions and producers that come out that don't pick within families that go without outside talent
