Another exhilirating sweat drenched workout! Whew got right into it with the kb squats and alternate reverse lunges. I love this combination of KB moves with the bodyweight. Excellent alternating between the two styles and you had us moving through different plains of motion. Love the reverse ladder style as well. Really enjoyed this one Daniel. Great job as usual and see you at the next workout love.

Sunday Kick my Ass Day, 20 Min KB/Bodyweight ABS then this Killer HIIT KB/Bodyweight sweat monster right after. Here you go Dan the Man, the killer calories burnt 1148, 154 peak HR, 120 avg HR. I know Danny my brother, how the hell am I burning a crap load of calories. I keep track with my My Zone heart monitor. tracks calories and HR. I bet if you tracked yours you'd be up there as well.
Well I have tracked it before with the apple watch and I end up burning around 300 kcal on average...I guess my body`s setting is at ECO-mode ;) Well Done Frank!
