Thanks! I think the problem was my clothing, which was consistently making noise during recording. I also have a mic attached to it. I'll try to make some improvements, or maybe get a stand mic instead.
I don't have much faith in buildable figures. I've purchased some over the past few years, for example: Yoda 75255, Harry Potter & Hermione Granger 76393, and The Child 75318. None of these are bad investments, but none perform well either. They generally yield very ordinary returns on investment (ROI). I've also noticed that these buildable figures sell rather slowly. However, the inventory on the secondary market is low, which helps maintain their profitability. And don't forget, all these Lego sets I mentioned feature popular or main characters. So I do worry about the demand for Chewbacca, considering that people will need to pay extra for it after retirement. ( Personally, I'll pick up the new R2-D2 and C-3PO first, then Chewbacca for my personal collection ) That being said, I won't make Chewbacca as my main target this year. I might consider it after mid-December if they're still on sale for a good discount and I have extra capital.
@@quansbricks oh nice I will see what I can get I was also thinking to invest in some sets of the ahsoka series but I also feel like it’s not really that much popular and yeah the obiwan series is definitely more popular . Also what do you think of investing in the justifier 75323 ?
@@federico4718 Amazon still had the Justifier 75323 until recently. That's nine months after its retirement date. I won't be purchasing it for investment. Instead, I'd rather pick up Lego sets that are going to be retired this year and avoid those lingering stocks from last year.

What are you talking about? The sets are available from Lego right now. Anyone who wants them can buy them. Lego *chooses* to retire them. They're the ones who create the after market. You're mad at this guy for doing what Lego wants him to do?
@@submersivemedia9995 Scalpers buying sets to collect dust in a closet for 2 years after retirement and flipping them for 3x retail for fake scarcity is absurd. Remember these people don't give a damn about Lego in general. They're just buying sets to profit from in the future. Which means less sets for people who are really part of the fandom.
@@direkjes.editing The reason there are less sets for people who are really part of the fandom is because Lego stops selling them. You're suggesting that once Lego stops selling them the fandom should just pass the sets around to whoever wants them at the original list price? Great video. Thanks for reminding us to not buy Lego simply because it’s cheap.
Great vid. Only one problem : the sound is of bad quality, hope you can fix it. Cheers

Good content. Supporting your reasons makes this a great video. I thinknto take you ro to the next level a beeter mic would improve quality.
Thanks for the advice! I did notice that my voice became a little noisy in the second half. I'll see what I can do to improve it.
Good video, I like the way you think about reasons not to invest in certain sets.
What do you think of the Chewbacca buildable figure retiring this year ??

Like the Mos Easley set. It’s on sale in the UK at John Lewis for 20% off.
I will keep an eye on it until end of Oct. Hope to see a bigger discount.
Star Wars not Star War
You're right! I'll see what I can do to make the correction.
"Investment" 😂
