Ya'll left out the area on the back of the machine that is drawn on the sticker lubrication chart, attached to the MT front. Ricoma tech Amilcar saved the day and helped me find it. "The other area is the main axis bar and blade motor that would in that area. You would have to put some white lithium grease in there."
Thank you for letting us know, Danny! We will be sure to pass it over to the team :)
Where that at bro, I can’t seem to find it
@@vitalcaps1468 You have to go behind your MT and unscrew the big cover panel 9” x 23”, about waist high that has the tiny hole in the center. You will see the main gear to lubricate.
The video says lube i ate 3-5 months but the sticker on the machine says 3-5 weeks. Is it weeks or months?
@@dannyblaqvideos did you ever find out? I was wondering about that too
What brand of grease should I use
White Lithium grease!
Thanks for sharing Mam

The screws on my needle plate won’t budge can’t seem to take it off. Also my needle plate looks flatter than the one in the video. And yes I have mt1501
Hi there. We are so sorry to hear that you are having issues with your MT1501. Please submit a request with our service team through this link --->ricoma.com/US/support or send an email service@ricoma.com.
Did you ever get your needle plate removed? I can barely manuever under the needle head to attempt to remove the plate. The screws are wanting to strip and they aren't budging as you said.
@@dablocishot77 nope I was never able to do it 😭
@@QuansCustoms I managed to remove it with a little improvisation, and when I did, there were a lot of cut threads pieces underneath it. I took a flat head screwdriver bit and inserted into an adjustable wrench. I used 1 finger to push down on the bit while turning the adjustable wrench in a counter clockwise motion and it finally budged. You really had to push down on the bit to keep it in place and you'll want a bit thats not too small so that it does not slip out the slot and eat up the screw. Hope this makes sense.
My mt1501 has a blue cover on the front so where do I add oil at on the top?
If you have a blue cover on the front you have the TC-1501 model. Please refer to this video: ruclips.net/video/vamsyyMO6U8/видео.html&t
I have a mt 2001 8s and can’t find the video one maintenance for it
HI there, thanks so much for your comment. All of your training videos are on your customer portal. Hope this helps!
Putting the oil will drip to the garment?
Not if you put it moderately! If there’s excess oil, you can also run it on some backing to get the excess oil out
Can we get one of these for the em1010 please?
Here it is: ruclips.net/video/zo3_L5ZZbLw/видео.html&ab_channel=RicomaEmbroideryMachines
I also faced the same problem but by this video i resolved my problem I think this video will help you a lot.
