Yeah I have office staff and they use a scheduling and dispatching program. We would be lost without software, too many customers and service calls to try to keep up with on paper
Is the course more on how to run the business than on troubleshooting repairs? Is the course ideal for a total beginner that is considering a carrer change? With knowledge in hvac & electrical but have just been doing diy washer/dryer repairs
The course is mainly geared toward running the business and getting customers so that you can start from nothing and scale to a full time, successful business. But I have added a full module dedicated to sealed system repairs since there was so much demand, so that is in the course. And with enough demand, I will add more technical trainings on more of the appliances. Keep in mind tho, I give you my best resources for getting real hands-on training at your own pace.
Hell no, I own an appliance repair company in a small town and made a small fortune back in the day. Appliances are super cheap now.
Congrats on 1k brother.
Thank you!! 🙏
congrats on the 1k subs
Thanks man!!
Thanks for the info, what do you think about competition in big cities? Seems like it's growing and profits is decreasing
Competition is ok! You will always be able to get a piece of the pie!
How do you organise calls? do you just write everything in diary and cross off when done or do you have software or secretary?

Yeehoo!!
Hi mate. How many appointments per month do you do? How many did you do around the 1-3 year mark?
When I got started, I would do about 4-5 per day. But that quickly changed to about 8 per day and sometimes more.
Man I can’t get my business on google, my request keeps getting declined, do you have any advice?
Are you using a real address? They will likely send something like a post card to the physical address to verify that it's yours.
