My opinion is that it shouldn’t be that hard to search for friends. Honestly feels like you are applying for a job interview and you’re sending in your résumé to see if they pick you or not. It has never been so hard for me to make friends in any other culture before, I’m not trying to be offensive it’s just the way that it feels.

I live in Hawaii so I even thought of a tutor but it’s just not the same as communicating with someone who is actually living in that country. It takes away from the whole experience.
