    I am glad to see a baler for the entry level farmer. That is the market I am always finding myself in and manufacturers don't support it the greatest.

    Thanks for the video! As a hobby farm, I’m always thinking which baler would be ideal.

    Call the roll belt 450 utility plus a economy baler if you will but I purchased mine last year and rolled 1,100 bales with it flawlessly

    We have ran New Holland for three generations and have had really good luck. We keep them greased and loaded with twine and they just run. We’ve only bought one small square baler and one round baler. They aren’t something that needs to get replaced every 5-10 years. We are on our third Nee Holland haybine and second New Holland rake. They haven’t given me a reason to look for a different brand.

    Glad to see the 450 Utility plus has six belts. I have a 450 Utility that has 5 belts and it struggles.

    Interesting video. Nice to see some of the different things you sell. Would be neat to see a combine video sometime.

    Wow, amazed you have a 5x6 on the lot, probably don't sell many of those here...........I am one of the few here that runs a 5x6, love the fact its a ton less bales to move compared to a 4x4 or 4x5.

      No, very few 5x6 balers, but consistent enough sales to stock one.

    How much horse power does the new holland utility + baler need to operate?

    • @MessicksEquip
      @MessicksEquip  Год назад +1

      30 I believe.

      Really only 30 hours power I thought it would have been in the mid 40s at least, so you can have a kubota mx or lorg L series run it with no issues

    Sad to see the pro belts are made in Poland.

    Does New Holland make a 4 by 4 baler any more? I know they did at one time.🤔

      They make an RF440. It's a 4x4 bale, it is a fixed chamber baler though if that's an issue for you.

    What would be a good round baler for a MX 4800

    • @MessicksEquip
      @MessicksEquip  Год назад +1

      If you have flat ground, 450 utility. Normally I would not recommend anyone use a tractor that small. Small square is a better choice.

    Looking for what size bailer for my Kubota L3901

    • @MessicksEquip
      @MessicksEquip  Год назад +1

      not enough tractor to pull a round baler. Look for an old small square, some of those can be pulled with 20-30 PTO HP. New Holland 269.

      some small round balers exist that would be fine but they're mostly sold online. I don't know how much support you would have when you need parts.
