Really bad in the PNW this year. It was so wet that I didn’t irrigate until yesterday. Temps were cooler than normal and didn’t reach the threshold to when I normally see disease around here, but since the grass was wet all the way from March until mid June, fungus hit heavy in May.
Here in CT the humidity is off the hook. Plus I used Hydretain which adds to keeping mositure around. Lose Lose situation. I forgot to treat before the fungus showed up
Hi John, my lawn is at a point over the last year where the color does not change when I fertilize. I even tried iron and no change in color. What could be the problem?
Should fungus even be surviving in the heat we’ve been in the last month? I know there’s stuff like melting out and red rust or brown spot. But other than that……. Good to see ya, JP
haha, I just finished fertilizing my yard. I sit down and hear "Don't over fertize". I'm like oh crap, did I? jk I should be good. The lawn is measured and I tend to treat it a little under. Just used N charge but at a med rate. Rain is coming in about 2 hours. Only my second treatment of the year. Admittedly I have been slackin.
add the northeast to your list. I'm by lake Erie and every June it starts. if you don't have a preventative rate by late May early June you're fighting it all summer.
I just got my soil test back is says iam very high is P as well as zinc but iam reading to lower P u should add zinc......first year doing this I'm. A bit green unfortunately my lawn not so much lol any help is very appreciated ....I've only added next bio stimulant pack since spring and now stress blend and sea k
Hey John, I've been looking for Greenphite but can't find it anymore. My soil is low in K and need to bring it up. Is it still available, has it been replaced or discontinued?

Great video John I throughly enjoyed it. You do a fantastic job explaining things.
Here in the PNW it's kinda always an issue but it seems to be worse this year. We're finally starting to dry out some though. Great info JP! 👊🏼
Great tips, feel better, enjoy and have a safe holiday weekend 👍💚🦸
Fungus is always among us

Great summary JP. Fungus is always around, such a pain in the ass 🤬
Good summary. Happy 4th of July.

Thumbs up JP, I've found a good dose of Citric Acid will wipe out fungus overnight. Another plus is dropping the PH .
Very well explained thanks
Can you mix PGR and iron with Azoxy and Prop together in a backpack sprayer? Thx. As always, love the videos.
Good video 🇺🇸🙏
Definitely no fungal problems here. Barely any rain and really hot

Hey John, can I mix your products with a fungicide in a tank sprayer? If so, does it matter what order I add the products?
You can do fungicide with any of them!
@@Lawncology Does the order of adding products matter? Do I need to add the fungicide before or after your products?
@@DK-pr9ny water first. That’s the big thing. I haven’t seen any issues with anything else.
Thank you for this video.

How about a bit of a music jam into an intro JP 👍👍👍😂🇦🇺
Putting down new Bermuda seed in the front lawn, so it's gonna stay watered. Hoping my early season fungus prevention is enough.

FYI Florida is coping with Gray Leaf Spot during this time of the year.
Can I spray my Palms with flora green or is it drench only
Drench
Happy Fourth!

Replaced by GreeneKick
@@Lawncology Thanks John! Just curious, why replaced?

Applying to much fertilizer can potentially cause fungus?
Yes, especially brown patch.
I think also we need to calm down a bit lol. Every itty bitty grey leaf spot you see won’t destroy your entire lawn in a matter of hours if ever.
FUNGUS!!!!!!! AAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice avatar at 1:15 mark.
Git yur dirt right.LOL. RGS is my go to fungicide. I swear its magical!!!
