    I actually read this guy's books and they were some of the most direct, up front and practical I've ever come across. Will have to read them again, but I do recall being totally impressed by his books. Pure handbook. Pure manual. Step by step.

    I had a situation once, where I had to go to an outside ATM in downtown Tucson at 3 am. On foot and by myself. The streets were deserted, no cars or foot traffic. After carefully surveying the area, I quickly used the machine. When I turned around after getting my cash, there was a man standing in line three feet behind me. All was good, but it freaked me out! Lesson learned to avoid that scenario.

    I'm leery of walking in the dark, going to ATM's. walking alone downtown where I know there are shady people...UNLESS I have my big, strong, bull mastiff. He makes me safe.

    My late husband was a prepper. He would be completely prepared for the coming danger. He was also a police officer. It's hard to believe it's been 22 1/2 years since he died.

    I really like you Chad..but I have to say one thing, Navy Seal is not to be in the lime light. They do not promote themselves at all. My husband being in special forces would never promote himself or talk about any ops he was in. My husband is so humble and would never promote himself like this. Very sad. This is just my opinion.

    • @justinadams3204
      @justinadams3204 Год назад +15

      So.... tell us you miss the ENTIRE point without telling us. There have been several Seals and special forces that have gone "public" in recent years, David Goggins and Jocko Willink come to top of mind. The point isn't "the lime light" it's to provide perspective, awareness, and share survival skills with a continually diminishing society that desperately needs grit, discipline, perspective, awareness, and personal accountability. What's sad is the state of society.
