I travel the US as an automotive photographer(73,000 miles last year), and take a legit Espresso Machine(profitec400) and a Baratza Grinder with me everywhere I go. I’m basically on here to apologize for not giving black rifle a try in my espresso machine till the last couple of weeks. I live in Burnet Tx when I’m home, and forgot you have legit coffee shops in our state. Stopped in Killeen got a great latte, and a couple bags of beans. Currently in a cold campground in Tennessee enjoying the AK espresso blend. Keep up the great work

These podcasts are a great idea. It would be interesting to see visits by the BRCC team with its bean producers and to have more in depth insights in to the coffee beans and roasting process etc bringing the life the story of farm to bag from the BRCC perspective.
After more than 50 years of coffee drinking I have settled on an Aeropress since I make single cups 98% of the time. It is also portable. I use whole beans and a basic Hario hand grinder. This works for me. I will use Chemex or other pour overs if I have multiple folks I am brewing for in a sitting. It comes down to what you like.
I think making some products that we could use in a corporate business environment would be cool. Shirts, Ties, love the outdoors but would also like to represent in the office.

I drink brcc coffee but I don't get all artisanal about it like this. I chuck a huge amount into my cheap ass coffee maker and let it make my mud which I then consume in copious amounts.
