We've owned this shredder model for a good seven years, it's worked fine for us but we only use it for residential shredding. I doubt that this model is even available anymore. We have never had the issues with inserting paper that the reviewer is having in this demonstration.

I have this shredder and can not recommend it to anyone. Buy a better shredder. It labors and strains to shred 3 sheets at a time. Anything more than 3 sheets and it overheats very quickly, within minutes ( 3 sheets X 12 passes). when it overheats, it shuts down and requires about a half hour to recover before anything else can be shred.
