Imagine being decked out with the latest military weaponry and equipment, and being trained in the most up to date military tactics, only to be scewered by some Cossack with a spear and a horse.
Well, somebody was unfortunate enough to go through that experience
Cav is pretty op in this sort of situation as most players are kinda too spread out which makes them prime targets for cav (unless if they stay as a group)
@@zenohawk1788 yeah, throughout history, infantry with spears, Polearms and eventually bayonets could fuck up cavalry, leading to their delegation to scouts, harassment and dragoons. Even these began to fade away.
To put this in perspective, the last pivotal cavalry charge I'm human history was in 1898, during the Franco-Prussian war, the war many historians argue was the cause of the alliance system that created the first world war.
Why was that cavalry charge the last? Because the nature of modern firearms made cavalry charges costly and easily shattered. A trained infantry unit during the Franco-Prussian war could easily take out a third of a cavalry charge in a single volley of rifle fire, and that's excluding any automatic weapons like a vickers. That shatters morale.
There was a reason why so many nations were investing in automatic weapons. They fuck up mass charges in general.

This battalion was made by a temporary government for propaganda to shame those men who did not want to go to war. Sorry, but the west feminists used them so many times to say: “Look, look women served too!!” Which is such a shame, because women were great helpers back home . They were great nurses, cooks, industry workers. They lifted the spirits of our men! It would have been impossible to win without them. Too bad feminists don’t want to talk about that. Out of 1.5 MILLION Russians in ww1 only 2000 were women, which is basically nothing.

Russia didn't left WWI in 1917. The February revolution of 1917 led to tsar abdication and provisional government was established. Vladimir Lenin had arrived in Petrograd (St. Petersburg) in april. Diarchy presented till October revolution, when the Civil war was started. Bolsheviks concluded Brest-Litovsk peace treaty with German Empire in march 1918 during the Russian civil war.

I just adore this video. It's amazing how you can still make some realistic fotage even when anybody in the server don't know you are doing it.
I think battlefield 1 is a perfect game to make this videos. Obviously, mistakes were made (in the game), and there is a little of sound delay in the video... But I love it anyway.

Many of the maps in this game were so immersive and absolute masterpieces, but this one became my favorite as soon as it dropped.

Where the game is, Jesus, what's up with the names popping up when you get killed - "Name - Last Name", "Last Name - Name", "Name - Patronymic", a different combination each time. You'd think they had a Russian-speaking consultant for these.

Concept of video is brilliant. No HUD, slow pace, names of soliders - this is like a movie. Gameplay not so skillful, in other hand one man destroying entire army looks stupid. I liked this vid. Good job!

But if you want to be more realistic and fun at the same time, try to find someone to be in squad, and charge from position to position only in a sound of whistle. I''m not going to suggest using mostly rifles, 'cuz that'll need to be coordinate with all server and it's hardly possible. This is so fun to watch, netherless, seriously.
Dude I was actually planning that for another video coming up, however the green highlights of your squadmates appear which could ruin the immersion, but thanks for pointing that out!

There is a ww1 game called verdun.Its one shot and your enemy goes to hell.Feels alot more real and cool when you take out the enemy.
