Thanks for suggesting this one on the last video, next up is Lateralus! Also, our single “Snowy Mountains” by LemonTech (the intro song) is out now. Oh, and lot of people wanted Descending soon so we’ll definitely get to that in the next week or two!
@@seanysean6183 I’ve seen them live 3 but unfortunately it hasn’t made their set. Luckily I was at LtL this past Fall and finally got to see 46&2, so epic.
I can't remember if it was an interview or a Q&A session but there was a woman in the audience that got up and said she was forever thankful for them because Parabol/Parabola was the song she used to get through her cancer treatments. It really struck a cord, and now every time I hear them, I can't but think of that.
i still haven't watched any clip from them.. i just like the fact that they don't have any clip (i mean they are not presented on them), and i like that they don't actually publish any live concert recorded officially and don't allow to record too (not counting the last songs).. you may think that i don't like TOOL much? well, i'm a die hard TOOL fan and will see them live in a 2 weeks !!
This song overwhelms me emotionally every time I hear it and I have heard this song a million times....Love you guys!!!! she gets it....those lyrics will be relevant as long as we breath
Aw, camera! Actually a great way to end all reactions 😆 I keep telling my family this is what I want played at my funeral. Sort of like a New Orleans funeral march. But Tool.
4 stages of listening tool songs 1- Listen studio audio version 2- Studio audio with lyrics 3- Watch the official video (this one is very popular) 4- Under influence :D 5- Repeat 1 for years
Thank you for reacting to this masterpiece, guys. There's a video to this song which is really woth watching (it might be irritating at the first time though), especially if you're interested in spirituality and/or familiar with esoteric and spiritual teachings and symbolism.
Ayyy! Glad to see you back... And with a friend! Loved your old Infected Mushies reactions. One of VERY few people doing more obscure tunage. Hope to see you around more often, and listening to some weird shit! I would strongly recommend Wheel, Soen, and Port Noir, if you're loving the tool! Keep kicking those asses!
Great reactions guys, I loved it. I get emotional everytime I hear this song, it's a spiritual masterpiece. And love how you guys get it and can connect with it. I would suggest the holy Trinity next as I think she will love it. Great work again again, keep on this amazing journey. ❤
Thanks to Val for elucidating what I’ve been on the cusp of “OH-that’s what that sounds like!” for years. Parabol sounds like Maynard doing Gregorian chants accompanied by a guitar simulating a gamelan accompaniment.
I kinda want to see how she reacts to something with what I'd consider a more pure metal sound. The Grudge, The Patient, Ticks and Leeches, Vicarious. What makes a song "metal" is obviously not strictly defined but I feel like these songs all have a heavier sound with more punchy instrumentals.
The analysis is what I want to see the most. I just don't want to just watch you guys listen to a song that I've heard 100 times. Rookie move with the camera.
Would be really great to see you both do a reaction to this band: KATATONIA - Neon Epitaph (If you like TOOL you'll likely like these guys: ruclips.net/video/HP--8HHp8Ik/видео.htmlsi=cu8ekSE-MPgx2rXR

The Grudge and Jambi
Would be cool for you to do 46&2 and then the kids version.
That “ALLLLIIIIVVVVEEEE” always gets me in the feels
Hearing it live is even better. The whole place sang along...goosebumps
@@seanysean6183 I’ve seen them live 3 but unfortunately it hasn’t made their set. Luckily I was at LtL this past Fall and finally got to see 46&2, so epic.
My Man 👊
yup, and then the guitar starts singing right after *chef's kiss*
But, are you sure it's not "All this pain is illusion, A LIIIIIEEEE" ?
Once you feel that she's gotten comfortable with TOOL and thinks she knows what to expect, you hit her with Lost Keys/Rosetta Stoned.
It’s my favorite, but only after knowing ALL of it 30 yrs over.
Oh, I was thinking Disgustipated, Intermission, or Die Eier von Satan 🤣
That song is amazing, I finally got to hear it live just a couple of days ago. The visuals they used for the song were amazing 🙏
The side eye she gave you when you paused Parabol made me laugh so hard, it so hard to pause a Tool song, especially these two.
You did the transition great! Most people stop after Parabol and it’s such a mood killer lol
you guys sound great in the beginning of the vid. so glad your on this journey with the rest of us.
Thank you so much!!!
Well done not messing up the drop! Great reaction, Peace
Thank you!!!

This is the one Tool video that should be watched.
“can be” 😉

Great reaction. I love the comment about Danny's playing equivalent to a warm hug!🌀🤘
😂 all I can say they make me cry when play this album

I had this one buried deep in my playlist for half-marathons. It kick-started my second wind. "All this pain is an illusion."
So F’n good! Every time I hear it it’s like the first time
Listening to these tracks live is such an out of body experience, you can feel the music flow through your whole being it’s absolutely beautiful
Aw, camera! Actually a great way to end all reactions 😆

This is definitely on a playlist I made for my own funeral.

I want this song played at my funeral. 😂😊
Reflection too.
I’ve said the same thing
You guys should do Lateralus. I think Val is ready! ☺️
We filmed it right after these songs, it will be up on Friday! 😄

I noticed you’ve done much Tooll already but I don’t mind if you guys do it again so we can see Val’s reactions it’s fun to see a new fan born

If the first time you ever heard this heavenly firmament was on fkn youtube with knobs pausing all over it.... tragic wouldn't quite sum it up.
Right In Two has a very different texture while remaining undeniably Tool.
Video of this, it's a master piece as well
Gotta show her the holy trinity: disposition, reflection, triad
A Cool way to discover Tool…
It’s practically the same songs just one is played slow and the other is a faster version like how Val goes into a meditation state. Me too
Those filthy chords at the end take the song to a whole other level

Seeing this live was a religious experience for me. Sonic perfection.
I love the way you both listen.

EULOGY Next
As awesome as the transition to parabola is, I never want parabol to end
Urban Shaman are you planning on listening to PINK FLOYDS "ANIMALS" with Val? 🤞✌
Absolutely! She hasn’t heard much Pink Floyd so we’ll be going through quite a lot of their stuff in the very near future! :)
@@urbanshamanproductions9092 awesome. ✌️
I think she's ready for Disposition>Reflection>Triad
This is the one I’ve been waiting on!
Jambi!
Awesome!! I think she's ready for disposition/ reflection/triad 😊
Tool reaction videos are the best
My favorite ❤ love love love
A+, keep it up 😊
Algo love… I’m here for it ❤
She got it
Yes, I do feel like it, too.
Soundtrack to a Kundalini Awakening. Lets GOOOOOO
Newly subscribed. Loving the Tool videos. Hoping you get to some Deftones on the channel!
Down the rabbit hole byeeee😊

I feel disgustapated or 3rd eye is Danny's biggest shinning moments
Intro song was pretty great, do u have a soundcloud, or something?
@@mylescasey8914 Thank you!! Yes, you can look up “LemonTech” on Spotify, Apple Music, or any other music streaming platform :)
Show her Invincible broooooooooooooooooooo :) thank u

Para.. Bola
Why do you pause my goodness, let her enjoy the whole thing
So you can see the video on RUclips. It’s much harder to get past copyright laws if you don’t pause. But yeah, I agree it’s not ideal
Don't pause tool ever like that again. You brike the whole vibe bruh😮
It is a reaction video so....
Infected mushroom- suliman
Trueee, we need to bring back some infected mushroom :)
You do the song about D.M.T and aliens soon
Has a lady heard The Grudge yet?
Not yet, but hopefully soon!
Can't believe you would pause that...
Why open a book if you’re not going to read the words?
Please react to THE WARNING EVOLVE LIVE A 2023 MTV VMAs.. The Warning is fantastic... 🤟🎶☮️
2:47 this is gross
I thought she was dead the first half
If you looked closely, you could see her third eye trying to open.
this track pisses on Pneuma imo (Pneuma is decent, but Parobola is just immense)
Shame on you for pausing it right before Maynard's 2nd time through the chorus. Shame.
One of my favorites from Tool! What a great song! Great reaction too!
