The Gay Men's Chorus of Washington, D.C. sings "I Will Always Love You"

The Gay Men's Chorus of Washington, D.C. performed at the 2023 International AIDS Candlelight Memorial at Food & Friends.
They beautifully sang a selection of moving songs pertinent to the movement. They chose “In My Life” by The Beatles, “I Will Always Love You” by Dolly Parton, and “Make Them Hear You” by Brian Stokes Mitchell.
Each song expressed emotions about the epidemic, the people who lived through it, and the lives of those we lost. Food & Friends expresses our deepest gratitude for their time and talent. To our delight, members of the choir arrived hours early to be in fellowship, engage in reflection, and prepare for their part in the ceremonies.
