Today on our way out of the US to places beyond, we take a wander through the Los Angeles International LAX Duty Free and see a very lucky Buffalo Trace Blanton's Bourbon Drop, as well as, some very good Eagle Rare 10 and a bunch more.

You keep forgetting to show us some Irish Whiskey love. When I was at Buffalo Trace Distillery back in July we went to the packaging room. There was a six-foot high PALLET of Blanton cases. The other line was bottling Sazerac Rye.
Not a bad price for Blanton's! $65 at my local grocery store when I can find it. Ends up at about $83 with WA taxes. LAX Duty Free prices are higher than store prices in LA! Have not seen Blanton's at my Costco; Eagle Rare showed up once 2 years ago for $30.

What’s the liquor policy at LAX duty free? SFO won’t sell you liquor if you’re flying domestically; only internationally. Bummer!
