Hello, thank you for the video. I think you missed 2 steps that i had to go back and re-do. 1) at the 5:32 minute mark after you finish the fight you must speak to the knight that you spoke to that made you enter the fight, otherwise the quest wont continue. 2)at 6:49 you missed the same thing, after the cut scene you must talk to the knight so they say they're returning. Then you can go speak to Furia. Other than those 2 things nice video!
Im searching the crate says nothing of interest, ive given back the amulet to the guards though and now they say "we will return when we've caught the thieves". My questlog still says they need to return, Im stuck.
Hey, I had the same issue. Make sure to talk to the knight after leading him to the fountain, afterwards talk to the Furia in the palace until she takes the medallion and only after then you can search the crates for the letter.
Note for the amulet: Its not that you have to pickpocket citizens in blue robes but rather that specific citizen. I pickpocketed nearly 150 citizens but once i tried the one from the video I got the key on attempt #1 Still a great guide so thanks for the help

Check Quest Guide in game, maybe you accidentally cancelled a cut scene or something or didn't finish a dialogue prior. Note is not a guarantee drop
Same thing happened to me I went back and spoke to the other guy and he took it
