Graceful allows run energy to restore faster when idle, it does not reduce the drain rate of run energy. The reason why you don't bring the small pouch is because a lot of times your inventory gets filled with the runes you are crafting and you don't have the space to empty all of your pouches at once. The time you lose having to craft the runes, then empty another pouch and recraft again isn't worth the time for 2 extra essence. If you were to take that time to teleport back and start the next trip you end up getting more essence crafted per hour

I believe it’s worth about 2-3m when it stabilizes, there’s really no benefit, drink 2 sips instead of 1, and it’s the same effect as adding 1 dose to ring and drinking 1 dose but without the huge cost

People use all of the rune pouches Including the small because 3 is better than 1 essence for that slot I mean You just gotta think about it
