I have a question for this recipe- i.e -why did you choose to mix baking soda & lemon juice seperately in the batter at the end, instead of adding baking soda along with flour ??
Would adding the lemon juice directly to the baking soda cause it to neutralize prior to baking? I guess when you add the baking soda to the batter and then add the lemon juice it would leaven and react creating the bubbles during the baking process. Otherwise you are going to be left with a denser cake if you let it react directly with the lemon juice prior to adding. It seems it would defeat the purpose of adding the duo to begin with. Regardless, it is a fun reaction to watch ;)
I want to make this recipe, but my heavy cream is frozen because someone put it in the freezer. Can i mix the cream cheese with that heavy cream ?? Or i should buy new one ? But its such a waste to throw that frozen heavy cream 🥺. Someone please help me 😇 thankyou 🙏

During baking the betroot turns brown so the cake will not be red. If you don't need your cake to be red then just omit the food coloring and the cake will be brown by itself.

안녕하세요! 쿠킹트리님 레시피에 계란80g으로 나와있는데 계란 2개를 풀어서 80g으로 맞추는건가요 아니면 계란1개에서 다른 한 개의 계란에 노른자만 가져와서 80g으로 맞추는건가요??

쿠킹트리님 딸기가 든 레드벨벳 너무너무 맛있을것 같아요~~ 혹시 케이크시트를 팬 하나에 한번에 구워 자르지 않고 , 팬 세개를 이용해서 따로굽는 이유가 뭔지 궁금해요~~ ^^
3개로 나눠 구우면 윗면만 조금 잘라내고 사용할 수 있어 자르기도 편하고 케이크 시트가 남는 것도 적더라구요~
너무 이뻐요! 혹시 22센치 케이크틀을 쓰면은 어느정도 재료를 더 해야할까요?
모든 재료를 2배 정도는 늘려야 할 것 같아요~
양이 늘어나면 케이크를 굽는 온도와 시간 차이가 있을 수 있어 케이크의 상태를 보시며 조절해주시면 좋을 것 같아요~

Hi,
If you dont have cake flour can you replace it with the same amount of all purpose flour?
It can also be made from all purpose flour, but the texture can be different~
You can take out 2-3 Tablespoons of the flour and replace it with corn starch. That’ll give it a more cake flour result.

저도 궁금해요! 일반 가정집에 같은 사이즈 3개 가지고 있는 집이 거의 없죠 ㅠㅠ
나눠서 구우면 윗면만 잘라내고 사용할 수 있어 따로 구웠는데 한번에 구워 3장으로 잘라 사용하셔도 좋답니다~
굽는 시간은 오븐 사양에 따라 다르지만 40~50분 정도로 늘려 구워주시면 될 것 같아요~
혹시 에어프라이어를 사용해도 괜찮을까요??
에어프라이어에는 구워보지 않아 잘 모르겠어요ㅠㅠ

제가 집에서 만들어봤는데 저는 크림치즈가 생크림이랑 휘핑할때 잘 안풀리고 쌀알처럼 있는데 어떻게 하면 잘될까요??
저는 주로 크림치즈를 넣고 핸드믹서 가장 낮은 속도로 휘핑해 크림을 만드는 편이에요~
아무래도 차가운 상태로 휘핑을 하다보니 잘 뭉칠 수 있는데 크림치즈 알맹이가 잘 풀리지 않는다면 중간에 스패츌라로 알맹이를 으깨며 휘핑하면 잘 풀리더라구요~
