💜The Third Eye Chakra (or ‘Ajna’) is the sixth of 7 primary Chakras. It’s located in the center of the forehead, enhancing our clarity and intuition.

💜This Chakra is the source of our imagination and spiritual insight. It governs the nervous system and is associated with the pineal gland, forehead and eyes.

💜When the Third Eye Chakra is balanced, it enhances intuition, inner wisdom, and spiritual insight. A person with a balanced Third Eye Chakra experiences clarity of thought, heightened awareness, and an enhanced ability to tap into their intuition and higher consciousness. However, if the Third Eye Chakra is blocked, can result in a disconnection from intuition and inner wisdom. Individuals may struggle with decision-making, lack clarity in their thoughts, and feel detached from their spiritual selves.

💜This sound bath incorporates the singing bowl note A 432hz which is said to be the note connected to the Third Eye Chakra. These clear vibrations will bring a comforting pulse throughout your body and clear out any energetic blockages that may be stuck in your third eye.

💜This exercise can be as short or as long as you would like. In any posture or setting, eyes open or closed, simply focus your attention to the area between your eye brows

Chakras are energy centers within the body that are believed to play a significant role in our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The word "Chakra" comes from the Sanskrit language and translates to "wheel" or "disk."

There are seven main Chakras that are commonly recognized, each located along the spine, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. These Chakras are believed to be connected to different aspects of our physical and emotional experiences, such as our sense of security, our ability to communicate, and our capacity for love and compassion.

When our chakras are in balance, energy flows freely through them, supporting our overall health and vitality. However, if a chakra becomes blocked or out of balance, it can affect our physical, emotional, and spiritual health, leading to issues such as anxiety, depression, or physical ailments.
I think this is helping to relieve the chronic headaches I've been experiencing. After just two sessions the persistent pressure and tightness I was feeling has eased. This is a valuable addition to my meditation practice and spiritual development. Thank you.

The energy was so intense that I literally cried. I could feel the divine love flowing within me
This is incredible, i have had energy twisting, turning and pulsating in my third eye and crown daily for 2 years, sometimes it's painful. I find it difficult to move my focus from my third eye and crown which makes me feel ungrounded and anxious which then makes it worse. I've tried so many things, SRT healing, Affirmations, asking my guides to help me clear, reiki, intention with meditation, diet etc. But I can actually feel the change listening to this, I thought maybe there was too much energy there so I've avoided working on my third eye. But after listening to this my mind has more clarity, I feel grounded etc. I feel like maybe i've been focusing on another energy body a lot of the time if that makes sense, I've had it since i did too many reiki/light language transmissions a couple years ago. but this is really helping to centre me again, This is a gift, thank you so much for sharing!
Try going back to that pure consciousness. Just be, don't try to control. I had issues, trying to fix all my energy issues, but found out I was creating them. Then I just went back to watching without labeling. But that's just what helped me!

The third eyevand sacral are both weak. I knew about the sacral being weak for a while. The third eye being weak could mean I fear the future and have no clear direction.

I've had this weird dull ache and pressure in my forehead and sinuses after a bad psychedelic trip. Never really believed in Chakras or anything like that but for some reason listening to this and meditating turned the pain in to a pleasurable sensation, like my frontal lobe was being massaged. Wish we had some more grounded explanations for all this stuff, my experience tells me there's something to it but doing any research all I get is woo woo nonsense or detractors.

There is definitely a lot more to be researched with these vibrations. Ultimately, everything is in a constant state of motion, including sound waves. And if there are areas within our body that don't have good blood flow or lymphatics or whatever it might be, a vibration will move through us and increase that flow again. 💜💜🙏
Agree with you, advanced science(than the major infor we currently have) about these would be great, but yest, energy, spiritual-physical go hands in hands, which mean some of your question could be explained by some scientific facts we currently have.
