I needed to hear this mental ,spiritual, physical you just don’t know . Thank you , thank you, thank you. Every day that goes by it feels like Im alone no matter how close someone gets to me . I’m closed off inside nothing goes in nothing comes out . Super numb, no where to go just the thought that there is hope out there that someone out there may be experiencing what I am is enough. Every aspect of my life it’s like the puzzle puzzle pieces don’t fit. I don’t fit !!! this spiritual war is deep but I’m willing to hold on as long as I know there’s people out there that want the same question I want .

I was extremely stressed at work today and found it hard to calm down after getting home. My mind is always everywhere and I kid you not this sound bath just completely removed all my racing thoughts and my mind got clear and even empty which never happens. Now i feel so relaxed compared to just a moment ago. This is amazing.

So the cool thing is, I was listening to a different video on my headphones and skipped to the next video without looking. I didn't know which chakras to focus on but decided to just drop it and meditate. A few minutes in I found myself focusing and feeling the throat, third eye, and crown. Wonderful peace of mind it gave me. I confirmed it with the title after, and I think I believe in chakras now!?

Whenever I listen to sound bowls it's like I can hear it in my mind or my brain? lol, I don't know if this makes sense but it literally feels like the vibrations of the sound are in my mind..does this have anything to do with the pineal gland?

Amazing. What I realized from my meditation today is that I'm here and now. I tended to presume things based on unpleasant memories or incidents happened in the past. However, what I think for sure is that I'm here and now and the past is literally past. It can't predict my life and I won't let it. Predicting the future based on things happened in the past may help us plan our direction, but it shouldn't hinder us from doing something bigger and greater just because we are afraid it may be the same as the past. It won't be, I'm sure because I've grown so much since then. I did my meditation today hoping I gain some clarity on my future plans and I already had answer within me. Thank you for this sound bath. I'll definitely play this next time too.
