For a while now, maybe about three years, i've felt pressure in my third eye. For some reason it gets so strong when people discuss spiritual matters. Its frustrating, because i meditate a lot and it still won't open fully. I'm really curious to see what these people with "open third eyes" see. And i came to a realization. Vishuddha's place in the chakras never made sense to me. "Why is it in the final three?" I thought. Like, it rules speaking and truth of the mouth, but how do you go from talking honestly all the way to seeing literal spirits? I lacked a full understanding of what Vishuddha really means. It isn't just talking. Its inner truth. And you can only see the full truth of the world if you are truthful to yourself, because the outer reflects the inner always. I made a horary chart for why ajna was still closed. Chiron was positioned exactly on the 12th house cusp. Right now, Chiron is transiting my third house, which made me realize that the answer was in matters of Gemini. Gemini is an Air sign. Air rules all things relating to connectedness. Speaking could be considered an "air energy" action. Which led me to realize that the chart was telling me to open Vishuddha. I realized how unused my voice is. Everytime i speak, i have to clear my throat. Not because of phlegm. But because i feel a "block", the nature of which is difficult to describe. I just felt like writing this because i hope this finds whoever is as annoyed as I was. Tunnel vision can be a great friend, but it can also prevent you from taking another approach. If you're deadset on opening one chakra and it just won't work for the life of you, save yourself one big headache and look at your other centers. Thanks guys im really glad i could help! Im still working on Vishuddha and Ajna feels much stronger now. Its a scary field to work in when you've let it go untrafficked so long but i'll definitely get through it.

This was so helpful to read. I had a similar experience, but with my heart chakra. I’ve been trying to “balance” it for months, but honestly I felt like the aspects of my heart were already balanced. I’ve had a sore neck the past few days and I thought it was because of how I slept, but then I realized that it had an energetic reason first. Working on clearing my throat now and I just had a huge pop in my neck and my throat is tingling. So grateful I listened to this instead of another heart chakra meditation.
Your understanding and experience with Vishuddha actually helped me with my own throat chakra and learning why mine is blocked as well. I had a problem understanding what the "right" and "wrong" thing to do and how to speak my voice and have my truth to speak. You just helped me realize it isn't just about talking but it's about what it actually is. The truth and everything that is the truth. I think I'm getting around a fact that I haven't been able to accept. A fact that im a man and I have to do man things. A fact that not everyone is your friend and you should definitely do the right thing regardless of what anyone feels or what anyone says. I also am coming around to the fact that the throat chakra governs decisions that you make as well, as far as authentic expression. Like telling that woman to fuck off and setting boundaries that help you and your health benefit positively in life. It's all about what you do to express this inner truth. Like if someone is stealing from you, learn to protect your stuff and get it back! I think I've been Hella timid in my life and I think it's time to be bold and courageous wit who I am and where I am going. What's best for me? Living life to the fullest and getting all of MY STUFF in order for success. Any friend of mine is going to see that and want you to succeed, and push you to be better. Another truth is to be your own friend and look out for yourself, and not to be scared of the devil. The devil is a liar and likes to bring lost people down to hell by deceiving them with illusions. It is my duty to not be fooled by the illusions and have a rock as a foundation - the truth. Thank you for the light you give to the world. Don't let anything or anyone snuff it out. You make the world a better place just from existing 😊 God bless you and yes God is a very real thing if you know what the throat chakra is really about.
I was a bit nervous, due to a scheduled difficult discussion with the local government office, and had to phone them today. So I played this video on my iPad, gently background listening this calming sound, watching this beautiful blue hue, while I was talking on the phone. Then the discussion went all well, my pleas were heard and granted 100%. So relieved now😌 and thank you🙏🏻 for tuning my mind and body in greater peace🌈🫶🏻✨✨✨

I was born with a short uvula that made me unable to speak properly. I had a hard time communicating (it’s fixed now). My spirit guides told me to work on healing my throat chakra with frequencies so that’s what I’m doing!
I am Grateful for All Blessings and Healings! I had a surgery on my larynx! I feel stightness and fear in my throat. I was resuscitated when I was a child. I had a laryngeal section on my throat, but a deep fear trapped inside me and a sure Knowledge! What We Call to God is Exist! A Very Bright Shinning Light, and It Leads Me! I just got one with the root and it was wonderful. I'm working as he works on the drums after a meditation. I love it were both moving. If I don't watch myself ill stay n this meditative mode all day and get nothing done I love this and watching him play drums on the video is extra dope

I feel the same a lot of times. I heard somewhere that it might have to do with never truly sinking deep into the body(root) as a child. Maybe you didn’t feel safe. So instead the anchor becomes the sacral… moving everything one step up, if that makes sense
