It's so weird how different Infinite is in episode Shadow compared to the main game. He was so stoic in the main game, but here he sounds so excited about showing Shadow his power and laughing a lot. He's like a kid showing off a new toy to everyone.

I want Silver to have his own game, i know he had a part in Sonic 06 but i want to see more about silver's journey, i mean in the sonic universe comic we saw many issues of silver fighting new villians in new dimensions and making new friends. I really want to see more of that in a game it would be fun and interesting to know what silver is doing. Silver is a very interesting, one of the best sonic characters.

I strongly agree with Kirk Thornton improving his Shadow voice for this game, way better than how it sounded in the last episode of Season 1 of Sonic Boom and the “You got this Sonic” from Generations.

Future DLC suggestions.
Episode Silver DLC & Knuckles.
So we see a bit of Silver's new dystopian future caused by Infinite so Silver goes back to the past somehow and Silver goes to warn Knuckles about the rise of Infinite. The two begin to rally the heroes if the world together to form a unified resistance against the Eggman empire. Knuckles also contacts G.U.N. to form an alliance between them and his resistance. Rouge breaks the news that Omega has been destroyed and Shadow is missing in action (You'll see why in another DLC suggestion). Gameplay-wise, I can't really say what Silver and Knuckles' gameplay would be like but it would be less speed based and more focused on their abilities as characters.
Episode Chaotix DLC.
This DLC would be less story intense and more so just a bit of unique gameplay utilizing the Sonic Heroes style gameplay with a speed type, flight type and power type. In these levels, you would play as Vector, Espio and Charmy. This DLC wouldn't be a continuous storyline but rather small snippets of times when the chaotix were on their own missions.
Episode Infinite DLC.
This episode goes into how Infinite became a mercenary and how he gained the reputation of the ultimate mercenary to when he was recruited by Eggman and how ending the DLC with his encounter with Shadow. This DLC would go into further detail about his past beyond his encounter with Shadow. His gameplay would be similar to Original the character (Do not steal) with his own set of tools of the trade to play around with.
Episode Sol DLC.
This one is for you Blaze fans who were disappointed when you found out she wasn't in the main game but a bit of backstory first. After the episode Shadow DLC, Shadow was on the chase trying to hunt down Infinite. Soon after Infinite defeats Sonic, he encounters Shadow again. Infinite doesn't want to make the same mistake Shadow made with him and let him get back up since that decision may come back to bite him one day. He has to evaluate his choices of keeping Shadow down and out, he can't trap Shadow in a virtual reality because he tried and failed, he can't imprison Shadow because Shadow can teleport so Infinite decides to banish Shadow to another world. Don't forget, the phantom ruby can cause a rift between dimensions thus allowing classic Sonic to come to our dimension. Infinite uses the phantom ruby's power to send Shadow to another dimension not really caring about where he's sent to so long as he isn't in his dimension. Shadow is simply focused on trying to get home however, a massive war between Blaze's kingdom and Eggman Nega's army makes it a task easier said than done. Shadow initially wants to stay out of the conflict seeing as it isn't his business and he should just focus on his own task of getting home. However, as the war escalates and Shadow still hasn't made any progress into finding a way home, he may end up being forced to pick sides in this global war. Eventually, after 6-7 months of being trapped in Blaze's world, Shadow is finally able to return back to his own world. In regard to Blaze's story, Eggman Nega manages to steal the Sol emeralds and uses them to create his ultimate army, thousands of merciless killing machines that manage to take over most of Blaze's world. When she is almost taken out by one of Nega's most powerful robots, a hedgehog intervenes and takes out the robot with bolts of chaos energy, Blaze assumes the hedgehog is Sonic at first but finds out otherwise when she notices the hedgehog is black and red, the hedgehog looks at her for a second before disappearing in a flash of light. Sorry about the long story explanation but I just wanted to make sure people got an idea of what was going on in Blaze's world when Shadow is sent there and how he was sent there in the first place to bring Blaze into the storyline. Gameplay-wise, both Shadow and Blaze would use the boost style gameplay either from the modern Sonic levels in this game or a 3d interpretation of the boost style gameplay from Sonic Rush. This would be the largest of the DLC's since it covers a continuous 6-7 months with no major skip in time like the chaotix and Infinite DLC would have and this could very well warrant its own game.
These DLC's would be much longer than the episode Shadow DLC but in return you would probably have to pay money for them.
These were the four DLC's I could think of when typing this comment, I'm interested in any feedback on my theoretical DLC's and any DLC's you'd be interested in.
Sadly none of this came true and Episode Shadow was the only DLC. :(

QOTD: Silver should definitely be the character that gets his own game. See how big a role he played in Sonic Forces? He's clearly a character with a lot of structure that has yet to be touched. We know so much about all the other characters, yet Silver (after Sonic 06 was removed from the timeline) doesn't really have much of a back story besides Sonic Rush, which I assume not that many people actually played because of the platform it was on. I also really liked your idea for an Espio game, it reminded me of Metal Gear Solid a lot and could definitely be done in the Sonic Universe; I mean looked what they were capable with when making a beefy beat 'em up character like the Werehog. The only problem now is that I think that SEGA is too scared to experiment with Sonic games anymore and after Shadow The Hedgehog pretty much becoming a meme of a Sonic game, they'd be even more afraid to give separate characters their own games as well. Let's just hope that they can cooperate with indie developers again to make a new, maybe 3D, Sonic game; look how well Mania did after all.
QOTD: It may not be a popular opinion but I’d like a 3d Tails game that will bring Tails back to who he was in the adventure games.

Why does everyone always say the adventure days? Saying adventure is like saying that Sonic Heroes never existed. Just say Dreamcast for peeps sake.
Nobody wants the heroes engine/gameplay. Maybe the stage design but the physics were very slippery and not as good as the adventure engine

I'd love to see Blaze get her own game. See a bit more of her world and show her battles against Eggman Nega. Maybe we'll get to learn a bit more about her and the life she lives as princess of her world.

It'd be cool if they made his gameplay the opposite of Sonic's where instead of killing robots, he kills innocent civilians as well as the resistance with firearms. Something like a Sonic equivalent to Destroy All Humans.
Metal sonic and silver... Silver has potential, and had he been done right in 06, could easily be the most powerful character on the hero side (telekinesis is broken, see star wars the force unleashed for proof xD). Metal sonic could basically be sonice but houses that v maximum overdrive (im a nerd... That's that evil dash move he uses) the black shield (this time with a health and recharge meter... It was utterly broken in SA2B) and maybe a few customization options such as armor, hand weapons, etc.

Seeing how Shadow is my favorite character from the Sonic Universe, I would love to see him get another game that introduces his unique gun play element with the new-found speed and flow element of the more modern Sonic games. But aside from Shadow, I would actually like to see either Silver(because he's one of the main 3 hedgehogs and his psychokenisis could introduce new gameplay), Metal Sonic(I feel like he could be an alt. zone Sonic, like Zonic, who was robotizized which would make for great story), or Infinite( because I honestly like everything about him, and to play as the Ultimate Mercenary doesn't sound too bad).

However, he dubbed several games, such as the Pope's DMC 4, War of Dark Siders among other characters.

I can't believe I found your page again, I use to watch you ages ago, I watched your Mario in 3D World Series with John. I remember when I was obsessed with watching your videos and I can't even remember why I stopped watching, I think my iPad broke or something and by the time I got another iPad, i forgot every youtuber I followed, I stopped playing the Wii at that time so I just completely forgot, I was about 9 at the time so it wasn't hard to forget, anyway, I loaded up my Wii for the first time in ages, and I clicked on my profile. I actually realised I had named my profile after you. Shadow, because there was a game about him explaining who he is and what he could have become and where he came from etc. but also even though he's one of Sonic's rivals he's kinda more of a frenemy and he's his own person, he doesn't takes orders from anybody, he does what he wants to do no matter what and that's cool

People should recognize the voice of Kirk Thorton in this game. Not only has he done the voice of Shadow, but he's been in shows like Digimon, Naruto and even did a VO in the Resident Evil CGI movies. Nice.

Alot surprised me in Episode Shadow. For one, Kirk Throton has improved as Shadow so much. He doesn't sound rough around the edges when he first started in Free Riders. Nice to see Team Dark interactions again. FINALLY! Omega has lines! Seriously they got Vic Mignogna to voice Omega and haven't used him in main series sonic game. Liam O Brien, loved him as Garaa from Naruto, love him as infinite. Though his back story is kinda of eh.

Shadow's voice actor sure has improved quite a lot. He just had one line in generations and that's not enough to get really into character. I really had to get used to it but now that he has improved I have no issue listening to it.
It still takes me some time to get used to Roger though. I'm still used to the 4kids voice actors.

I'm sure someone else has mentioned it already, but Infinite is voiced by Liam O'Brien who does a lot of voice acting for anime actually. Not sure what you'd know him from, but I know he's Gaara in Naruto at least. I can't think of any others off the top of my head though.
And yeah, Shadow's VA is so much better in this game, I'm really glad about that. He used more of a calm, cool voice like for Saix in Kingdom Hearts, which I always thought would fit him better.

FYI to those of you still wondering why infinite's voice sounds so familiar it's because his voice actor also voiced Gaara from Naruto,kine from Durarara!! x2 and a bunch of other anime characters and characters from other cartoons. (The VA i'm talking about is Liam O'Brien)
As for characters who I think should get their own game, I do agree I'd love a Silver or Blaze game, but I'd also personally love to see an Amy game honestly. She could play like a mix between Modern Sonic and the Custom Hero with the Cube Wispon with some of her Adventure/Heroes abilities thrown in too.
