RX580 is still my favorite GPU of all time and it is my 2nd rig. Really wonder how will it perform with modded driver and SAM on. Like your benchmark. 🥰Appreciate the effort.
For me it's probably the 750 Ti. Had so much fun with that card back in the day. 480/580 were great cards though, I had a GTX 970 at the time so didn't feel the need to grab one.

I have an RX 580 8GB OC. You said there is no driver support for this card, but the driver support continues. You have shown the FPS a little low, I get higher FPS with my old processor Ryzen 7 1700x.

Would the results be same with higher-end cards? I have 580 OC RoG and looking on 6600 XT.. the lower power consumption is amazing and crucial these days 😅
I'd like to upgrade my 580 with a 6650 XT (in my country the price difference is about 40 euros with 6600), but how this upgrade is future-proof? I'm watching more and more games very demanding in terms of performance. Also the 7600x appears to me a good choice(when price reaches 250 euro). Am I wrong ?
@@pepelaugh1 "default settings" means not "turn down the settings". With the default settings the image quality and FPS were really good. (GTX 1650 was worse, with 35-40 FPS)

I have upgraded gtx 1060 6GB to second hand rx 6600. Even tho it is temporary solution until I have a higher end card, it is awesome.
GTX 1060 was Also good for medium graphics

With default settings, i have much better FPS by rx580 then on this video. For example Starfield 45 FPS and Cyberpunk2077 50-55 FPS. Both on 1080p.
yes because if you turn down the settings, its the cpu that will work most of the time, turn your graphics up and see the difference.

The RX 6600 is around 125% to 150% faster than the RX 580.
more like 200% faster in some games if not more
not to mention the temps and power usage
