What a missed opportunity to run a stiff brush down that channel after you removed the old seal. Also, an easy way to lubricate the new seal is when it is still wound up in a circle, simply drop it in a small pail of soapy water.

Great suggestions, I didn’t know about those so, thanks for sharing. I may have to make another video with those in them. Another one I also learned was to spray down the channel with lubricant as well.
