These brand specific videos are my favorite. Just want to say Thank You for all the time and hard work you put into your videos in order to help not only the professionals out there but the average person like myself as well. Im OCD about wanting only the best known to man and this helps to narrow it down.
I LOVE GTechniq's stuff. I fell in love with EXO right away. Works great on windshields! C4 is a fantastic product also. I used that on my old car and it brought life back to all of my black plastics. When I traded in my car, the dealership even said "I've never seen plastic last this long." Panel wipe is another favorite of mine. Pretty sure that stuff would remove nuclear waste from your paint to make sure it's fresh.
Here at STRIKE we apply GTECHNIQ coatings for over a year now and we love them! Pretty good cost-benefit and high quality solutions! Love the channel. Cheers from Curitiba, Brazil.
I discovered the channel by researching and studying about detailing on youtube and forums (which I do everyday). The first video I watched was the detailer’s garage, and it helped organizing my own space (at home) it gave me many ideas for my future studio, which I intend to build this year 😄
Another great and very informative brand review Pan! I like Gtechniq and everything I've tried from their range is good. It really helps to hear your tips and tricks when applying these products......I always seem to learn something new!👍
Thank you so much for sharing your passion. Just got a new used SEAT Arona. First step is using the Gtechniq C4 on the trim. I am first time home detailer with no garage and no running hose. Your videos have been extremely useful. Thank you.
Great brand review of GTechniq, Pan. While I haven’t requested this brand for review, I’m glad you did. I have tried their glass coatings as well as the trim coating on my previous car and I was astounded at the results. I’d love to try more of their products and perhaps I will one day. The prices aren’t budget friendly for many, but you do get what you pay for.
Excellent review Pan. I have a brand new Hyundai Sonata hybrid limited, and wanted to keep it in excellent condition. These products came highly recommended and I was looking for a good review, and found you. Well presented, clear and detailed information on the entire kit. Keep up the good work!
Thanks I appreciate it! You found one of the biggest and fastest growing detailing channels on RUclips as we are on pace to break past 350,000 subscribers and 37 million views. I have been detailing cars for over 22 years now, and I love sharing my passion and knowledge with my viewers. How did you discover my channel by the way?
@@PanTheOrganizer by researching the Gtechniq products. I've already watched several videos, but you easily blew them away, by far. Way more detail and extensive product coverage. Because of your presentation, I've made several more purchases. I was completely unaware of the different types of things available for different reasons. When you mentioned the wiper blades getting a coating of that treatment, no one has ever discussed glass treatment or wipers. Your definitely thorough. Thanks again. I really learned a lot. I've since signed up for your channel and I'm slowly working my way through your videos. Excellent 👍
Hi Pan you finally went with my recommendation. I use them all, I also got a professional coating on my car. I had the Ultra coating plus the Exo, wow its awsome. Best range in the UK where I am. Great Vlog 👍👍
It annoys me that you have your pliers turned upside down :D LOL. Joke aside, Pan keep up the good work! Best detailing channel on YT! I tried T1 rubber and tires coating and citrus pre-wash, and I have to say I am not a big fan, but I am planning to try some more so. Can't wait to hear what you have to say about their products.
Great video Pan as usual! Have been wondering about this brand for a while now. The Hip-Hop scene do :P Hope you can review Carbon Collective in the future!
I know this is an older video but I just wanted to highlight one point: the C5 wheel armour will actually last closer to 2 years (with correct prep obviously) rather than the 6 to 12 months you quoted Pan. It was developed with the UK in mind, which is quite rainy. However, we dont get a great deal of snow, unlike you guys in Canada, so road salt is less of an issue here. That may explain the durability difference you guys see over there.
Nice overall review on GTechniq line of products. I have heard that their ceramic coating is very good and in a competitive level against other known brands. Thanks as always!
Thanks! You heard right. GTechniq is for sure a top tier ceramic coatings brand. They will surely make it to my 2019 car detailing products awards ceremony!
Wow! Seems like this brand is very high quality. Good job Pan! I'm waiting for the review of Maxshine M15 Pro, I saw you using it ;). Thanks for that review
I used their ceramic coating on a set of volk wheels and it worked really well. I got them powdercoated and didn't apply a new coat to them and you can really tell the difference. I have a set of brembo brakes in the front and its hard to keep the brake dust off. I plan on applying it again.
Pan, you are the man! I have been using AMMO products as well as some Chemical Guys and Adam's products. One thing stick out and that is AMMO Skin which is easy to use and when you try to wet the part of the car, the water sheets off and the car is amazingly dry. I can dry my car with an air dryer in minutes. Just wanted to get your opinion and comments. I would love to see a medium windshield scratch remover demo and your recommended product(s). As always, great job and very informative.
@@PanTheOrganizer I did watch your AMMO videos and they are great as well. Just wanted to see if you felt the same way about that particular product. Thanks!
Great timing Pan , I've just bought the C4 trim and used it on the plastics in my engine bay of my Range Rover Evoque Dynamic coupe. Its very good and very easy to use. Great review mate 😃👍
Applied liquid crystal cerium light paired with exo v4 on my dad lotus Elise and it is incredible. Beading and sheeting is just mind blowing making it a dream to clean.
Thanks Werner! And yes GTechniq are the real deal. Great coatings. Top quality. I'm sure many of their products will make it in my 2019 car detailing products awards video in fall of 2019.
Hi Pan, I am the second owner of an Audi S3 that has been professionally treated with GTECHNIQ products by its previous owner. There is a 7 year warranty on the Crystal Serum ceramic coating. It has also received a coat of EXO v3 and the wheels have been treated with Wheel Armour plus the leather seats have been GTECHNIQ-leather-protected. All this GTECHNIQ treatment was applied in January 2018. I need your advice on how often I should reapply the various protections on the paintwork, wheels and leather seats to keep the exterior and interior of the S3 looking at its best. Many thanks for your videos. Best regards, Emmanuel
@@PanTheOrganizer Awsome! Please do since you educate me and others on ceramic coat products and tutorials. This seems to good to be true in my eyes but who knows it could be good.
Have not tried Adams coating spray but my guess is that it's very similar to Gtechniq C2 liquid crystal which works great and can last up to 8 months depending on weather conditions same as Adams advertises .
Thank You Pan! Have used the the C5 Wheel Armor on my son's new BMW Wheels. Interesting you should say about the T1 tyre and trim. I only use it on our trucks black plastic trim with so far great results and longevity. My son and I have a different prefered tire dressing. I also have that Wash Mitt on a wish list to try.
Yeah, everyone has their favourite tire dressing. I did a test of many of my favourite dressings in this video: ruclips.net/video/Oge5jlaAaME/видео.html
Thanks Simran! The point of my brand review videos is to make my viewers discover car care brands that I love and products that I use. With these videos, my viewers get to have an introduction to a company and all the products they make, and also understand what the products are and what they do. :)
Hi Pan, another great informative video. I was about to purchase the Car Pro CQUK 3.0 along with Reload, however after viewing this video on the GTECHNIQ Crystal Serum Light I’m now undecided. This will be my first attempt at a ceramic coating, and have been viewing your instructional videos daily, so I am confident on the application process. In your expert opinion, what would be the coating that would be easier to apply. Of all the coatings-- CarPro , Gyeon, and GTECHNIQ, I have it narrowed down to GTECHNIQ Crystal serum Light and CarPro CQUARTZ 3.0. Thank you again, for the informative video. Howard.
My favourite is still CQuartz UK 3.0. That being said, CSL is another high end consumer grade coating. You can’t go wrong regardless which one you choose.
My pleasure Howard. Did you watch my 2018 car detailing products awards video? You'll find out my top picks in every category. Here you are: ruclips.net/video/pa6nCetmoDs/видео.html

Great review Pan, thank you. I would be really interested in a review of the Gtechniq trim restorer, as I've just bought a 2006 BMW Z4 coupe and the trim looks very tired. Thanks in advance.
Hi Neil. Check this video out by my friends over at The Rag Company, where they compare different trim restorers including Gtechniq: ruclips.net/video/DfiGekviC4k/видео.html
As always great video, i've had my GTI Clubsport done with Gtechniq Crystal Ultra & EXOv4. It's absolutely stunning & makes my life alot easier to clean. I've really started using the main products, shampoo's by them to maintain the car, was told any PH Neutral shampoo (without wax's) is fine, but felt, maybe i should stick to the one brand that the car is covered with for best results. But have been told tho Carpro products will be fine to use, like reset will still be ok & poss better to use. I also use tho that detailer secret QD you showed us awhile back, even tho it's now released as ELIXIR. I feel could be better QD's than the one Gtechniq sell themselves.
By chance really. I was looking for product reviews and saw your channel, since adding your channel to my subscription list and enjoying your regular broadcasts. all your reviews are very informative and easy to watch, well done. I am also a big fan of GTECHNIQ products and I'm always looking to find the best products to protect my cars. your channel and reviews are just what I am looking for. Please keep up the good work and thank you. Bill.
Pan! Love this. Do you have a video to show what to do in 2-3 years? Getting it protected is the “easy” part. What do I do for my car in 3 years after ceramic coating? That’s why I shy away from it honestly. Thank you!
My 4Runner has a clear plastic protector on the front bumper and sides from the factory. What do I do about this before I ceramic coat it? Remover it? Coat it? Thanks

Question I've got wind deflectors (acrylic, I think) with swirls, I don't want to buff them out. Can you suggest which product which will diminish the swirls and leave a shine?
So I've had CSL on my F150 for about 2 years 7 months now and everywhere except the hood has been holding up really well. Why not the hood? Is it because of the heat? After the first year I had to put another coat of CSL and two coats of EXO. And now in the last few months I noticed the coat is completely gone again. I'm about to go through another round of prep before I put another coat on, but I was wondering...will the heat from the engine cause the coat to break down so fast? If so I might have to look for a good heat shield before I start the prep...
Coating durability depends on many factors, including: prep, application, conditions your vehicle is exposed to (weather, elements, etc), mileage, is it garage kept vs daily driver that sits outside in the elements all day, and maintenance. Did you do proper maintenance? See my ceramic coating maintenance tutorial with Gtechniq products in this recent video: ruclips.net/video/IqIW78FmRYU/видео.html And see how we prep and coat a vehicle for Gtechniq CSL and EXO in this video: ruclips.net/video/E_ck-Hn1AvE/видео.html
Hi Pan! I have this brand and type of coating! I have a 2018 Honda CRV and it was coated by 1 coat crystal serum light + 1 coat of EXO V4, 1 coat of C5 for all 4 front sides of the rims/wheels and an application of G1 in the windshield. The guys that did my coating are accredited by GTechniq and the coating is insured for 5 years, given that you do yearly check-ups on their shops (which I think is their opportunity sell more of their products). Cost me about 300 USD here in the Philippines. So far so good and its around 8 months in. Also I maintain the coating with their sealant every 4-6 months. Hope you can create a video using these products in detail and give it a rating/comparison versus the CarPro or other coatings :)

@@PanTheOrganizer thank you for the quick response, I am trying to do the windshield before the ice gets here. I saw an official how to from GTEQNIQ, but they miss little steps like I saw on one of your videos for using a clay bar on glass. I have heard that nothing beats GTEQNIQ, I have only used there C4 product with great success, I like to use the same company for everything and I think it's GTEQNIQ but I was also looking into CAR PROS and GYEON. No matter.... If you ever do a playlist for the whole line I know I'd be super appreciative
CarPro is my favourite professional brand. I have a tutorial on applying their coating here: ruclips.net/video/MgdUR278Jos/видео.html But regardless what you pick, Gtechniq, CarPro or Gyeon, those are top tier coating brands for sure. You can’t go wrong. I have a popular yearly awards series where I pick my favourite products. Here’s the latest 2022 edition: ruclips.net/video/gRwsznwfTwE/видео.html
@@PanTheOrganizer so I have watched both videos and am still deciding on what to pull.thr trigger on. You said that carpro is your favorite, I was wondering why? You have been doing this for over 20 years and I value your opinion. Because when I watch this video vs the Carpro lineup it's seems like GTECNIQ coatings are all supposed to last longer. I work like crazy so i am interested in in whatever will last the longest. If you could be more detailed in why CARPRO is your choice it would help me decide which line to go with.
It's not only about durability for me. It's about overall experience. Again, both are top tier brands, so regardless if you pick Gtechniq or CarPro you will be super satisfied. Both require three layers to work well though. Gtechniq CSL 1 layer + Gtechniq Exo v4 2 layers CarPro Cquartz UK 3.0 2 layers + CarPro Gliss 2.0 1 layer If you are purely interested in durability, in theory the Gtechniq will last longer. Actual real world durability depends on many variables though, like preparation, application, conditions, weather, maintenance, etc. Some people get 2 years, some get 3+ years, some get 4 or more with it. A weekend driven car that is garage kept will likely get a longer durability compared to a daily driven car that sits outside in the elements all day and goes through harsh climates like in Canada's winter. Common sense. I hope this helps.
Been waiting for this review. Just want to know sir.Pan. In terms of protection, slickness, ease of use, value, years of protection, which ceramic coating brand you prefer CarPro or Gtechniq?
Thanks for watching! CarPro and GTechniq are two top tier brands in my books. To find out my favourites, you'll have to be patient and wait for my 2019 car detailing products awards video in the fall of 2019. ;)
hi. is c4 trim can be used to LED fog clear or orange covers? plastic side mirror cover? rain guard/gutter? and plastic door handle covers? also can EXO be used in plastics and glasses?
Hi. L1 is a leather treatment while C6 is for dashboards, door cards and centre consoles. So while you can use (diluted for use) W2 or I2ab for all interior surface cleaning, L1 is best for leather as it offers a higher degree of abrasion resistance and reduces dye transfer from clothing such as denim to the leather. C6 is ideal for dashboards, door cards and centre consoles as it restores a factory fresh lustre to the plastics.
I know their new Halo coating can be applied on matte or glossy PPF or vinyl wraps. But I don’t know if they have products for matte paint yet. Your best bet would be to write to them directly and ask.
Hi Pan I just purchased and installed splash guards on my Subaru. Know I am looking at Gtechniq C4 trim restore coating to put on myself. Gtechniq has 2 year protection my question is if I layer it twice will it give me a 4 year protection or a stronger protection for the 2 years?

Top video Pan! Which product would seal hi polished alloy wheels directly on the alloy they have no paint or sealer just bare alloy. Its it between CQuartz DLUX or GTechniq C5 ????
Hello Pan I have in my classic 911 leather seats Linen that have been replaced a year ago I use color lock “ Scellement “ which gives a Nice mat finish but I wonder if a Gtechniq Leather guard would be better especially on light Colors like Linen Is it SIO2 infused ? Thanks Steph
Looks great but the most complete package on their website is the Master Maintenance kit which does not include all the things you cover in this video. Also, assuming the kit you illustrate is available, can you speak to how much you’d save buying that complete kit over buying everything separately?
Pan - i have a new 2022 tundra and am going to ceramic coat - Which should i go with C1 or CSL? I may have it professionally done so interested in your pick between those 2. Price seems to be 1 big difference.
Very informative. Do you know if the G1, G2 & G4 will bond with mirrors/headlights? Or could you recommend a high quality film for mirros/headlights? I'm a truck driver in the US, and I have been using aquapel for 2 years now, but it wears off fairly quickly. I am hoping the Gtechniq line of products will maintain its coating longer. Thanks
I have a g technique ceramic coating. What do you recommend for like spray waxes or sealant after washing when the car is still wet? I like the dry and wax combination, I was debating if I should keep the same brand or try CarPro products.
Thanks for the video. I have few questions though. I just got crystal serum light ceramic coating done by a professional and I want to get a top coat of Exo V4 on my car now. The detailer is asking another $400 for that. Is it fairly easy to apply Exo top coat by yourself? What kind of prep work I need to do if I choose to do it as a DIY project? I guess I can’t claybar the coating now. How about the iron fallout remover on the CSL coating? Can these coatings be used on a ppf? Cheers
It’s super easy to apply Exo. And you would want two coats of that on top of CSL. I have a video where we showed a newbie how to apply CSL and Exo here: ruclips.net/video/E_ck-Hn1AvE/видео.html In your case, you would wash your car, then use iron decon, then rinse and dry. Then use a paint prep like CarPro Eraser. Then apply Exo. Pretty straight forward. Both coatings can be applied on PPF, but note that Gtechniq has a PPF specific coating called Halo. I applied that in this video: ruclips.net/video/7RCgqdGrvrA/видео.html Welcome to my channel. can we put this on a plastic protection ? Or do we have to put ceramic before ? I will protect my car by both, but i don't know what to do first. Thanks
After I use Crystal Serum Light, is there any spray-on product that I can use instead of the 2layer Exo you suggested? Also, the 2 layers of Exo is to protect and extend life of ceramic coating? How do I maintain it past the initial application?
I would highly recommend you apply EXO v4 as a topper (you need two coats of that) as it will not only ensure to protect your coating, but also prevent water spotting. If you want a spray-on product from their line, you can use C2V3 but it won't last as long as EXO, so you would have to reapply every three months or so.
@@PanTheOrganizer much appreciated, I will buy the kit with light, exo and PW. ebay has them as a package. For maintenance, do I reapply exo every time I wash?
Hey Pan, do you think you can make a video on cleaning your car at a typical self-serve car wash? Asking for those who can't wash their cars on the driveway.
Random question but did you have any issues with the way these products sprayed out of the bottle?? I've just purchased, C2, Perfect Glass and Bug remover and for some reason all of them spray out like a jet making it impossible to spray onto the car or window without it firing everywhere.
Pan can you recomend the best product to remove baked on brake dust from gloss black diamond cut alloy wheels. Ive tried bilt and hamber korossol with no luck. Thanks
Pan, I was wondering, when you finish buffing off the ceramic coating, couldn't you immediately throw it into a bucket with APC, then wash it and reuse the microfiber towels?

I've since signed up for your channel and I'm slowly working my way through your videos. Excellent 👍
Hi Pan you finally went with my recommendation.
I use them all, I also got a professional coating on my car. I had the Ultra coating plus the Exo, wow its awsome.
Best range in the UK where I am.
Great Vlog 👍👍
Thanks!! :)
Thank you Pan for another awesome video. I love the detail that you go into during one of your product reviews.
Thanks!! It's nice to see that my viewers appreciate all the effort I put into my videos.
You are a top tier on detailing youtuber, great video pan
Thanks Rizal! I appreciate that comment!!
Thanks for the support and kind words!!
Great video Pan as usual! Have been wondering about this brand for a while now.

Thanks for the feedback Nick!
Finally pan ive been waiting soo long for a gtechniq product, thanks
Thanks!
A very much thanku for making this video sir - specially thank for gtech products
I leaner almost half detailing knowledge from your videos
Thanks for the kind words!
Thanks Sergio! Yes GTechniq is a top brand for sure.
The M15 Pro review video is coming soon. Stay tuned!
I used their ceramic coating on a set of volk wheels and it worked really well. I got them powdercoated and didn't apply a new coat to them and you can really tell the difference. I have a set of brembo brakes in the front and its hard to keep the brake dust off. I plan on applying it again.
Having coated wheels is a must on all wheels, but especially on powerful brake setups, I agree. ;)
Thanks John! Did you watch my AMMO review video? Here: ruclips.net/video/kn_y4y9BccU/видео.html

Applied liquid crystal cerium light paired with exo v4 on my dad lotus Elise and it is incredible. Beading and sheeting is just mind blowing making it a dream to clean.
I absolutely agree! GTechniq is a top tier ceramic coatings company.
Thanks for watching George!

Great video as usual, Pan! Loved it!

It looks like the got decent products! Great video, oh maybe a brand for a next video "Koch Chemie" i swear you gonna love them Pan!

Hi Pan,
I am the second owner of an Audi S3 that has been professionally treated with GTECHNIQ products by its previous owner.
Best regards,
Emmanuel
Hi Pan,great review on this GTechniq,i have used the C4 and it went wrong,my mistake but it is a good brand to use and maintain your car with.
Yes it's a top tier brand for sure.
Pan you need to do a review on Adams Polishes Ceramic Coating spray. It seems to fishy
It's in my short term plans for sure! ;)
Used Exo 3 years ago on our car
Results are still visible.

How do you know when the ceramic coating is no longer effective when continuing to maintain with a sealant (c2v3) helping protection ?
Great review video Pan, awesome package from Gtech.

Pan TheOrganizer , thank you for the reply. So many coatings and other detailing products to choose from. Thanks again.

I love that clubsport!

Wow. Helluva lineup.
I've used the C4 and it's fantastic. I left one small hidden for undone to compare it's been about seven months with no sign of fade.
Question
I've got wind deflectors (acrylic, I think) with swirls, I don't want to buff them out. Can you suggest which product which will diminish the swirls and leave a shine?
I've been using Crystal Serum Light topped with Exo-4 for coatings and their I2 tri-clean for interior detailing, Very happy with both !
See my ceramic coating maintenance tutorial with Gtechniq products in this recent video: ruclips.net/video/IqIW78FmRYU/видео.html

C4 is gash. Professionally applied to the faded plastic on my MINI; it’s patchy again after less than 1 month. G1 is very good though.
Thanks for watching!

I have a tutorial on applying their coating here: ruclips.net/video/MgdUR278Jos/видео.html
But regardless what you pick, Gtechniq, CarPro or Gyeon, those are top tier coating brands for sure.
Gtechniq CSL 1 layer + Gtechniq Exo v4 2 layers
CarPro Cquartz UK 3.0 2 layers + CarPro Gliss 2.0 1 layer
If you are purely interested in durability, in theory the Gtechniq will last longer.

Hows the citruis prewash compare to angelwax cleanleness??? Looking for a good citrus prewash that wont strip my wax n sealent on the car??
Why would you apply a ceramic coating to the wheels and then remove it immediately?
Hi Pan. After applying L1 is it recommended to apply C6 for additional protection? Is there any time between applications? thank you
Which Gtechniq products would you recommend for a matte painted car (steel grey matte Kia EV6) as delivered from dealer.?
I know their new Halo coating can be applied on matte or glossy PPF or vinyl wraps. But I don’t know if they have products for matte paint yet. Your best bet would be to write to them directly and ask.

You should check out Gyeon WetCoat that I reviewed here: ruclips.net/video/1W8ZfyuMScY/видео.html
I have a video where we showed a newbie how to apply CSL and Exo here: ruclips.net/video/E_ck-Hn1AvE/видео.html
In your case, you would wash your car, then use iron decon, then rinse and dry. Then use a paint prep like CarPro Eraser. Then apply Exo. Pretty straight forward.
Both coatings can be applied on PPF, but note that Gtechniq has a PPF specific coating called Halo. I applied that in this video: ruclips.net/video/7RCgqdGrvrA/видео.html

can we put this on a plastic protection ?
