@myla2495 this is vib-ribbon, a rhythm game developed by Nanaon-sha in 1999 for the Playstation 1, but I run it on an emulator. Nanaon-sha were the same people who developed Parappa the Rapper and Um-jammer lammy. The concept is simple. Each obstacle - vault (square), pit (upside down triangle), loop, and wave has the 4 buttons, L, Down, R, and X respectively. There are also 4 combinations of these, a waved vault being an example where you have to press both of those buttons at the same time. The idea is to time all of your button presses to however the game feels like while also pressing the correct buttons. If you get enough correct ones in a row, vibri 'evolves' up into her next form and you gain more score for being in that form, as well as if you end the stage with that form, you gain bonus points divided by your total score. However, the game is very punishing on failing moves so if you get too many wrong without evolving the screen will shake more and more for each wrong move until, with enough wrong moves, Vibri devolves. If Vibri devolves while in her worm form you lose.
@myla2495 I am a full-time college student. I spend a bit of my free time (usually before bed) churning out whatever I feel like I'm most passionate about. Nobody in my friend circle understands a quarter of my hobbies, and you, a completely hidden face on a screen, seem to want to understand one of them. You get the knowledge you want, and I get to go to bed a little happier that I've helped someone achieve it. It's really as simple as that.
I like how its not the songs youd expect that end up being horribly difficult.
I guess the overall quietness of the song, mixed with the occasional loud notes is what makes it so challenging?
Idk how the vib ribbon level Gen works but that sounds like a possible answer
Idk what is this but it does look hard

Can you belive Vib-Ribbon got a callback in Astro Bot? I was going crazy when i saw that!
That's crazy. Unfortunately I don't own a PS5 so I won't ever be able to play that game
