ROYAL ENFIELD INTERCEPTOR MOTOWINGS PERFORMANCE EXHAUST SOUND | RIDE | COMMUTE 22

What's good folks! This is Aptoz, our ride today is the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650.

Here are my impressions from some odd miles I got to spend with it.
Royal Enfield has achieved something that most manufacturers are struggling with, the looks. Before you think I'm saying bs, hear me out. You know, retro bikes are selling like hot cakes and every manufacturer wants a piece of it. But where everyone struggles is on the looks department. I feel like most of them are try hards, they try to look retro. But not the Interceptor, this bike is OG RETRO!
I knew it would be refined, but holy smokes it super refined for a 650 twin. There are hardly any vibrations even at higher RPMs. The torque peaks at 3000 RPM, but you wouldn't miss out on anything at the higher RPMs either. It can do triple digits all day long without any stress while also returning a mileage of 20-22 kmpl, decent for a 650 eh?
Suspension is set up soft and that's nice as you don't feel the bumps, but it's a compromise on the corners as I found it wallowing a bit.
This bike had a Motowings Performance exhaust which is, holy. mother. of. gods, a bliss. It keeps the parallel twin whine, while also being grunty. It's on the louder side of the scale, but no way near obnoxious. Uhm...what else, gear shifts are crisp, handling is nice, ergonomics are spot on. The only thing I'd complain is the pillion comfort. The footpegs are set high which makes the pillion cramped. The meter console is super basic, it should have atleast come up with a gear position indicator.
