I was lucky enough to ride a bullet around India in the early 90s. I had a top engine rebuild in Bangalore for performance. Only time I really got it going fast was in Goa where 110km in third gear was indicated. Great days

So this video should have been a slow and steady cruise with this epic exhaust but out on the highway the Classic 500 didnt hesitated and showed some epic performance and thats why it was pushed harder ... and for those who say that this engine was not made for performance ... well Royal Enfield used the same engine with a bigger bore for the epic Continental GT 535 ... Their first proper performance bike in India 👌👌
Indeed ,160 is probably indicated and had high errors, I honestly thought my avl touched 130 kmph but later verified on gps as 80, even hitting 160 on my new int650 gps shows a 10 kmph difference

To add to it, cb350's primary objective was to flock public towards the bigwing stores to attract attention for the bigger bikes that Honda has, it's performed above and beyond in terms of that. Also, it is a bloody cruiser 😂, go buy a pulsar or Apache or Ninja 300 if you wanna go fast. Compared to the competition (lousy RE which struggles to cross 80 and will vibrate your arms off) it has given stellar performance figures. Get your priorities in check man 😂.

My contention with RE is that they got away with selling a substandard product (from an engineering standpoint) to an uneducated consumer base for a long ass time. Now it doesn't have to be that and it's largely because of the cb350, that RE was forced to improve their product. Just because the bike looks good, doesn't mean it needs to run like shit cause the company wants more profits. And the only things that can change that are -- an educated consumer base or a better product by competition. We had the second route out. If not for the cb350, we'd still have RE trying the same bullshit again, and dumbasses like you lapping it up 😂. I'm not denying the appeal of the bike and brand, just pointing out where things went wrong and how Honda changed that.

@@Rishiraje97 try to check all your engine mount bolts and tighten them. it makes a big difference in the vibrations if there are any loose
