@@aliixtm5918 aren't goalkeepers straight up expected to lose anyway? Like in any 1v1 situation striker vs. goalkeeper, the striker has probability on his side. It's also why when there's a penalty kick, the kicker is expected to score. The goalkeeper is just there to block as many shots as he possibly can.

The salaries in Blue Lock are like bounties in One Piece, cool to see but aren’t really something that should define a character. They’re both subjective. And in Blue Lock’s case these people giving out the salaries in the Blue Lock universe would want to give as little as possible so they can keep their money but also high enough to draw in good players to get more people to enjoy their team, hopefully making more profit in that investment. This was never going to be an objective metric. Since the beginning Blue Lock has always been about the profits, the very first scene we’re introduced to is a board meeting pitching this idea of Blue Lock and the whole U-20 Japan match was to show the results of this massive program that’s ruined the lives of many aspiring players. They had to make their money back on this. For a series about unrealistic hype when it comes to a sport the one thing that is at least accurate is the fact this world runs on money.

I don't think fukaku is gonna make it. I think his 28 mil is just the new baseline to hit to make it. Everyone below him is currently playing and is able to surpass him in salary. The 2 goalkeepers make sense but I find it hard to believe he'd be realistic with 2 goalkeepers over having another bluelocker who can get further development and has had an actual line of dialogue (I think fukaku has said like 2 lines).

Remember guys the ranking system is based on bids which is being bidded by football clubs. Their bids are not only about the individual skills of the players, but also some other stuffs like their current club situations. An example of this is Zantetsu, he is an excellent winger having good capabilities. So the club that bids at him probably needed a winger.

I do think barou deserves higher than the 200 mil that you gave him, his first game got him 100 mil and probably didn't help defend, in his second game he made two goals one of them being absolutely crazy, and helped defend so the game doesn't end, in his last he scored 2 goals, probably helped with defense, and assist the game winning goal so I think 250 mil should be his salary
I mean the salaries kinda represent what they Clubs except of them. Nagi scored an insane goal so they gave him a super high salary because they thought he could do this every game. By not doing this the next 2 games they lowered their offers.
Barou scored a Hattrick so they thought he can score like that every game and gave him 100 mill. Than he kinda proved that he can score multiple goals every game by scoring 2 each in the next to game. So naturally his salary didnt go up that much despite scoring 4 more goals because while he did live up to their expectations he didnt show anything crazy new that would lead them to double their offers.
Isagi on the other hand had 50 mills without scoring a single goals. So after showing he can also score multiple goals each game in addition to being a great playmaker and defender they drastically raised the offers by 100 mill
So they argumentation people always use (along the lines of Isagi scored 2 goals and got +100 mill while Barou also scored 2 goals but got way less +) is kinda dumb
This line of thinking that every goal or assist should raise the salary by a fixed value every game doesnt really work imo

I think Rin or Isagi will come on top (yea ik its obvious) but here is what I would love to see:
after the NEL all the players come back to the same big room they were before all in their jerseys and kits and everyone is laughing and talking and catching up Ego appears n tells them their final value, it is coming to the final 2 but then (isagi part I am splitting this into 2 parts to show you both outcomes) Isagi is 1st with 250Mil and 1 yen and rin is on 250Mil, I can see rin being pissed off out of his mind and how he has lost to isagi now twice in a row and honestly his drive and ego will boost significantly or (rin part) Rin comes in first with 250 mil and 1 yen same thing but isagi is not as angry as rin but he starts to learn more and now he knows he has rin where he wants but rin will be still mad because he is just barely better than isagi but either way everyone is shocked and whispering to themselves
You are overrating chigiri. If he scored against ubers his value would've increased more than 5 mil so its pretty safe to assume that he didn't and it was agi/chris that scored

Overall I definitely agree with almost everything the only disagreements I have is I think Zantestu has at least a little bit I do get it😭, besides that I really think that the reason Aryu didn’t show up a lot in the Ubers match is because he was covering Kunigami (which is why Kuni didn’t do much) so I think Aryu deserves his 45 or maybe even a 50 mil and Kunigami going under that idea I feel instead of being 75 mil I think it’s more like 70 mil for him

These rankings are true to the plot and give better picture of all players and their values to the teams while honouring a set formula on which players are valued.
This also shines light upon the players with less screen time like Bachira, Chigiri, Aiku etc. and shows players developing well in all teams and not just 3 players dominating this league (Isagi, Rin and Barou)
Each Goal 25-40M
Each Assist 15-25M
Of course super goals like Barou and Nagi count for more and tap-ins like Sendou and Kunigami v Man City match count for a bit less
Nagi should have had 40-50M but i want to keep him overhyped with 60M but then brought back down to Earth in the next games
Also I made Chigiri and Bachira the goal scorers for last game week it made more sense than Agi/Prince/Lavi

@@WaterM2his first goal was fine got him 28M from but his second was pretty bad scoring from literally 2 yards away and did nothing for the rest of the game only gave him a 14M increase for this one and finally he literally only had one block and absolutely nothing else in the Ubers game so went back to 38M
So for me his value is perfect at 38M if you want to argue Gagamaru hasn’t done enough to get 45M that’s fine he can be below Kunigami but for me he isn’t
@@Sajju13 Being closer doesn’t make it a worse goal. By using that logic Isagi’s back heel was a trash goal. You have to take everything into account. Sure it was a tap in but being able to jump that high and react to an actual shot-like pass and score mid air from it is very impressive. And in the Ubers game he did block one shot on goal and basically initiated the play the ended with Kaiser’s bicycle kick.
Putting Otoya above him even though all we know is that he has one assist and one goal doesn’t really make sense either. So tbh Kunigami should be above Otoya as well.
@@WaterM2sure it’s impressive to any random guy who doesn’t know how to kick a football but it’s not impressive infront of Nagi’s Fake Revolver shot, or Chigiri’s Panther Snipe, or Kaiser “you’re fucking blind” Impact or Yukimiya’s crazy gyro-knuckleball shot. Nagi, Kaiser, Isagi, Rin, Shidou, Barou, Sendou and any half decent striker could have scored both his goals and you wouldn’t give a shit because they are just so mid. Also he only just made one block in the Ubers all he did was steal the ball from a scrawny little femboy and then lose it the very next second then it was Isagi who created the entire play from which Kaiser scored a screamer. His performance was pathetic and him constantly getting worse game after game (before vs. PXG) I was surprised he didn’t get a huge salary cut to like 30M but I know he’s one of Kaneshiro’s favourites and he wants the E-4 to stay relevant and that’s why I didn’t cut his salary much just 4M after Ubers.
For Otoya I gave him the assist in the Ubers 3-1 loss to make him do something and keep him relevant and developing instead of throwing away decent players by giving assists to nobodies instead of established players which is what kaneshiro has been doing. So Otoya would have 2 assists and a goal which puts him at 48M which is pretty fair I’d say
Again this is not based how they have performed in the manga this is based on how I would have liked the players to have developed and I still kept in mind the thing kaneshiro was going at each game week like Barou’s dominance then Isagi’s and then Rin’s dominance but I also don’t forget about players like Chigiri, Bachira, Hiori, Aiku, Karasu, Otoya who should be competitive with the cream of Blue Lock

I would say that I wouldn’t be surprised if Yuki was to switch to that one team that offered him the eye surgery therefore freeing up a spot for Igaguri to get a 70 Trillion ¥ value
