How beautiful to be a young Pastor...There is a tremendous burden to teach others truth, and especially with waves crashing upon you.....I have experienced buffeting from Satan & loss of family. For I have grown a little, and understand there are many kinds of suffering , no less severe than my own....I became a Christian late in life in 2008, when the Holy Spirit came to my heart, asking to come in. Thou I had gone to Church on and off, I was not saved. I did not even understand what it really meant to have a relationship with Christ. I was naive concerning the tests, and refining trials that would soon come.
I found an online Pastor who taught what my mother learned as a teenager from a dear neighbor in the 1950's..I have Brethren all over the world...and keep contact thru Facebook.
I will be praying for you starting tonite..I so very much want you to have peace thru this storm. I will write again. Blessings and love...

Love your music. My choir is currently doing You Do Not Walk Alone and Song of Miriam.
I lost my mom (2 years ago-my sophomore year). And I am currently a senior in high school. You Do Not Walk Alone brings me to tears. It reminds me that my mom is in a better place, and it has inspired me to help those around me who have lost parents. I shared this song with one of my friends, and it brought them to tears.
The melodic aspect of it is so beautiful and soothing, and the rhythm is so well done.

She is such a talented composer. I'm sorry to hear about your mom's passing, Margaret. I don't know if you have heard Elaine's song called O Love? I direct a community choir in Phoenix, and our singers simply love that song. You would probably love it too.
It’s so hard when our moms pass away.
My mom died 3 years ago. Where is she? She’s with God. What better place. No we can’t have coffee ☕️ together or go to lunch but she’s with me too. I believe it. So I just try to honor her. I talk to her when I cook supper. I say “Hi Mom! How’s heaven today? Say hi to Dad and Grandma!”
Elaine, your music touches my soul, and lifts my face to God for His love that never lets us go. I am 80 years old now but wish I were still in front of my choir, leading them in this music that speaks of God. Thank you so much for using the talent and sensitivity that God has given to you. "O Love" is one of my most favorite arrangements from your blessed heart. But "Deep Peace" is finding its place in my soul this afternoon.
