Cool the donkeys was so happy to see you they pooped themselves, Mr Jon did the same thing when he met you huh😂. Sounds like the woman is still lit from the night before😂. Whats with all the trash hanging from the bushes going into town? My favorite road of any town is the one exiting it 😜.

Hah! The tree on the outside if town is one of those things like the shoe tree's along route 66. I guess it's a way for folks to mark they've been there.

Last time I was there on two wheels it was 110 degrees and I was wearing a full riding suit. Drank a cold road soda and two pitchers of water at the VFW in Bullhead City, soaked my shirt in the bathroom sink and opened all the venting on my suit and stayed cool until the sun went down. Great place to check out, thanks for taking us along on your trip.

That's a tough trip in the 110s. A wet tee shirt is the best cooling in those temps. I keep a rotopax on the KTM just for that.

Nice ride and interesting destination… maybe someday… the road out looks like it could be an exhilarating ride if you put a bit of effort in it, lol!

Thanks Ed. It makes a nice cut through when heading home from Laughlin or Lake Havasu.

Oatman looks like a place I'd not mind going into a few shops and wandering around. Can't say that for Vegas. Also... wondered how long before you'd check that turn signal on that awesome road out!

A fun stop for sure on the way back from Lake Havasu or Laughlin. That's a curb detector 🤣

Thank you so very much for sharing this amazing trip with us!! I sooo enjoyed it!!! I have never been to Oatman, did not know the history of it, so I appreciate your insight!!! I now know that I will never be able to go there, as in observing your video, did not see any place where my wheelchair could navigate the board sidewalk or buildings! I appreciate knowing this before taking the trip, then not having access to to the necessities! I love that & appreciate that the town is still so primitive & straight out of an old western👍 Thank you, once again for sharing this wonderful trip with us 👍🙏❣️

Nice video. Been to Oatman a couple of times but not on the twistiy part to Kingman. Man you got up early to get there by 8 am. Were you riding to Vegas for the motorcycle Show?

So many places I've never heard of. The only place we stopped in Arizona on our tour of the grand canyon was Seligman. That was a cool town, supposed to have been the town the movie "cars" was based on.

We have a few of these quirky "ghost" towns. They can break up a ride or be a destination.

Great video. I’ve seen that town on RUclips before. Always wanted to visit. I envy you riding without traffic out there. In Arkansas the roads are always full of people no matter where you ride. Take care my friend.

Thank you! We have horrible traffic closer to the cities. Even Prescott and Flagstaff are overrun. Hope your spring has arrived early.

@@azdesertdog We have traffic even on the remote roads. Arkansas is a very tourist State. Spring is early. Already getting warm. I was sick last year and had family issues. I hope to get back on the Africa Twin this year.
