The fewer the knives, the less scrap you have. Love watching that 37d! Keep it up guys!

I use the 7 way pizza box wedge on my 22-28. I makes a lot of scrap, but the speed and elimination of physical effort (pullback arm) makes it all worth while. - Dick

@@oldguyfirewood I like the 7 way box wedge for the nice straight stuff. I made my mind up to buy a 22-28 from watching your videos. I just made a new video with an 8 way wedge on the 22-28 it works really well!

If you guys are re-spiltting 10% of the pieces because they are too big, exactly what are you doing? Or are you just being fussy... I don't think you are totally happy with that wedge. Great video

I always run it full throttle I'm not sure what RPM it runs at wide open.

I thought my ULTRA was a fast splitter lol. Saving my pennies for a 24D I get mostly tree tops so 90% of it is pretty straight so thinking that 24D will eat its up.

@@jandblawncare8570 yes sir the 24D is a really fast machine I like to watch them run! I get tree service wood so I went for the bigger cylinder, thanks for watching!

5-way looks like a bit less trash. Was originally going to get the 5 way but not likely I will ever add one because of cost and shipping.
