Wait, did they seriously not even discuss Agatha All Along when it's in the friggin title!? I see a 3 minute block talking about trailers that aired AFTER it, yet no actual discussion about the show itself? Crazy.
Saw someone comment on here that Marc is "low energy" He seems like he's just really chill and laid-back as always, so i don't get that criticism. Keep it going, Marc!! This guy's the backbone and on his way to being the face of some of the more creative elements in the industry, right now!
"It's better, right? When you mix the flavors?" Yeah, I agree, the Penguin show is fantastic, and Colin Farrell adds all sorts of little quirks and nuances to the character that make him very likeable, disgusting, frustrating, and unhinged, all at the same time lol.
One of my college theatre professors was Carol Mayo Jenkins, who played Mrs. Sherwood on FAME. We did a couple of shows together, and I was even her scene partner for an audition for the Pasadena Playhouse.
I’ve watched The Batman a few times now and it gets better every time and the third act is essential as Batman realises that he needs to be more than vengeance. I’m looking forward to hm developing his Bruce persona and taking proper control of the Wayne fortune to use on the mission ahead
The at home shows are easier to listen to cause Mark and Kevin speak a very different levels. When they are at the bar, Kev seems like he is shouting a lot and Mark is much more soft spoken. At home, the audio levels are more stable and equal. Therefore I love the at home show but if I could make a live so I certainly would.
Hey, Kevin! All of Taylor's stuff is great. Mayor of Kingstown might be a better go-between from Lioness to Yellowstone. But I think you'll love Yellowstone anyway.
i thought halloween was about portals opening up between worlds, so movies with portals are masters of the universe (1987) , Mortal Kombat and Mortal Kombat Annihilation (1995/97) and maybe Troll (1986)
Kristian Harloff pointed out that Penguin is using a bunch of different New York accents and they're being consistent with it because Oz's manner of speaking is dramatically different than everyone else...except his mom which makes sense. That show is so good, and I agree the flooding stuff at the end of The Batman when I saw it was like okay this is dragging ab it... but now since I see it was the setup for The Penguin... 100% fine with it cause seeing it from the Vic's PoV in episode 3 was horrible.
18:15 "Let's talk about jeans" I thought you meant genes and it was going to be an ad for 23andme... or a discussion about what will happen with their DNA-database now that they're going under.
Disney Marvel still hasn't put out any Marvel shows as good or better than Netflix Marvel shows. I still hold out hope Daredevil will be close to as good as it was on Netflix because of how great the cast is. 🤞🏽🤷🏽♂
That’s a matter of opinion. S1-S2 of LOKI are better than IronFist S1-S2, Falcon/Winter Soldier were better than Punisher or J. Jones. A lot of the Netflix Marvel shows were just boring. They just were.
@@TheLOD2099 I get what you're saying. I think I just like how the Netflix shows were more episodic while dealing with a season long mystery and had more episodes while the Disney shows have fewer episodes and have a season arc approach to them. I'm not liking that as much.
Where Taylor Sheridan is good is that there's a show for everybody in his work. For example, I really don't like Yellowstone. Montana is a tranquil place. In season 1, there's 3 times the number of murder that Montana sees every year in the whole state... It's just too ridiculous to me. But I love Mayor Of Kingstown, for some reason the main character resonates with me. I loved Sicario, and I loved Wind River. However I didn't like Hell or High Water, the psychos in there were too psycho for me. What is impressive in all his shows though, is the atmosphere. He really captures not the old West, but the current West. In all its forms. Whether its nutjob ranchers who think they can do anything on their land like Yellowstone, native american comunities in Wind River, or nightmarish urban areas of the midwest in Mayor of Kingstown, he has a really good eye. And more importantly he chooses to depict subjects that are very rarely depicted. I'm sensing Lioness is not like that at all though, sounds like he just wanted a bit of fun after all this doom and gloom. What you don't talk about though, is that critics HATE his stuff... They HATE how masculine it is, how jacked up and nuts the characters are. Mayor of Kingstown has only 32% on Rotten Tomatoes. They say it's too gloomy, forgetting that Oz was way worse than this.
Is Kevin taking ozympic cause I am; big Wayans bros fans, but I have to say do people really care to watch that, I mean hopefully it’s good I think they should have done it for Netflix
The most interesting thing about the batman movies, is the enemy he has to face, he's pretty uninteresting by himself which is why the Joker character has attracted awards
I know these home shows are easy, but God I miss the live show energy and the guests. They were really a thing to look forward to. These home shows are... kind of dreary
Idk what it is but this show is t fun anymore I use to look forward to every episode but seems like it’s gone downhill something is off. Kevin goes on rants but not in a good way & Marc kinda seems like he doesn’t wants to really be there.
Am glad they didn't revisit the Gotham floods for more than that one flashback episode, people are dying from real life floods several times a year, such as one Spain this past week, so not nice for a lot of people to be reminded
@doctor_sixty what are you talking about, when was the last time you saw an epic flood in another tv show at a time when hundreds have died this year alone? They are tragedies, not a way of life, disasters, you don't see lots of planes crashing into skyscrapers in tv shows for a reason. Floods events are triggering for many communities who've experienced them recently, especially the past 3 months, have a bit of awareness. People are murdered every second of everyday, it's a way of life in the US, floods are not and there is little warning when they hit.
of course they are and they will be a lot more in the future, especially if people keep on voting for a$$holes that deny climate change. This is allready the new normal, so I can see no difference in other death cases.

If they did AvP like the old Dark Horse: Presents comic that spawned the idea that would be dope.
Holy shit we're finally talking about some Taylor Sheridan stuff!
Shout out for The Shadow Strays/Timo love! Watch out for Nobody 2
Would be so down to watch a Kev Smith edit of The Batman
A very good Taylor Sheridan movie is Wind River.
Thanks Kevin & team
Looking forward to Marvel's epic trilogy The Bohner Conundrum
Jeez, dudes, the only shipping label acceptable is MarVin... It's right there, you guys
i thought they were going to have Wanda crawling out of the dirt in the agatha tv show because i thought billy would be looking for his mom

Taylor Sheridan wrote/directed a film called Wind River with Jeremy Renner & Elizabeth Olsen thats excellent.
