Too much work. Add protein powder to yogurt and toss in some berries and oats. Done.

I've been using PB Fit 2 instead of traditional peanut butter to drop the calories and fat amount but keeping the pb flavor and protein. Adding a little more water milk to adjust. Great recipe as always

Got to the end of the video. Easier to just eat oats and drink a protein shake lol 😂

  • @vladimirsabev3105

My dumbass thought it was tuna with yogurt

  • @sacredxgeometry

Is 650 calories “low calorie”? Not to me. Hopefully this isn’t in your book.

  • @yunginunicorn

Not the greatest macros imo unless you’re on a big bulk. I try to keep my oats as low calorie as possible as they’re already pretty calorically dense.

More carbs than protein. C'mon man! I thought you knew!

  • @kristijan8518

Why not use chocolate protein powder instead of cocoa powder?

  • @AndrewDasilvaPLT

As an American, I truly wonder wtf skyr tastes like because I feel like I'm missing out on some magical food.

  • @lssj3ly

Damn this just came out as I was trying to implement oatmeal into my diet for my training. Inspired by Mike Tyson's daily workout routine
