This is a great ride, but I recommend riding it with a friend or family member, it’s just more fun to talk to someone when your wating for the big drop.
I'm from Georgia but my dad's family lives in Michigan. We used to go to Michigan Adventures every summer when we visited them. I haven't been since '98, when I was 9. I remember that was the year Shivering Timbers opened and I rode it with my cousins. I love seeing how the park has grown but I love that some of my favorites, like the log flume, are still there.
When I was a teenager, this ride was brand new. 1980s. I remember riding Logger's Run a lot at Michigan's Adventure. I remember before Cedar Fair bought the park. Back then it was called Deer Park Funland.
Back when I was a teen, we got stuck on this ride and they had to shut it down. It was very minor. At the very end of the ride, there is a metal gate that goes left or right, we ended up hitting it head on and got stuck for a good 15 minutes. Maintenance had to come out and remove us. lol
One time I was here and while we were standing in line a kid passed out. I’m guessing he was dehydrated but there were like ambulances and stuff like that.
It’s across from the Sea Dragon, but it’s been shut down all summer for maintenance and/or staff shortages. I been there five times this summer; and it’s been closed every time.
Yeah I’m not quite sure what the point is of just zig zagging along for 2 minutes at such a slow pace. Like if it had some scenery or sound effects it might be more fun but this seems pretty boring until the drop

The dude at the end was the best part. I love these classic flume rides.

I agree, i went on with my family and it was super fun!
This is the most fun ride at Michigan Adventure and it is also my favorite log flume
I have ridden that ride many times in my life.

Yay, I'm not needed!
Not much theming but good clean water.😊
Its really good at building suspense , because normally its busier so you can hear people in front of you screaming as you get closer to the drop
YAY IM NOT NEEDED :D

yea man super professional place, it gets alot of shit but i love iot there.
It’s so awesome you guys will not be disappointed if you go on it
So blue balled. The most important part and all we could see is your feet.
A little too much video of your sneakers and a little more of the ride and scenery my friend.😊
Just wish it was a little longer
I didn't even find this at Michigan's adventure

I got stuck at the top of this.😐
Nice😃
I think I asked the employee that was running the ride to rerun it three times
Those look like the same style boats that are used on Dudley do right’s rip saw falls at universal orlando.
So I’m basically go again go again to the employee it’s so fun it’s that fun
Nothing like looking down inside the log as you go down the slide. Terrible camera work
Dw I went on it yesterday there is nothing is just a drop nothing special
This ride has been down for all of 2021 the five times I went there. They might be considering tearing it down.
Similar but the boats are colored and you get wetter
i was scared to death when i rode it
--Wait this isn't Great America--
BecauseIt is pretty short for a log ride
It’s only one drop
So it’s mainly just cruising ... hmm

@@falloutfan6649 i think its to build the suspense for the drop but idk
Being that she's from Michigan, I wonder if MADONNA has been on this ride.
Probably not
There’s like 20 other rides lol
