Most of them have converted to Christianity for money but still claim to be Hindu for reservations and quotas on the basis of caste. Apparently caste is a uniquely Hindu phenomenon and so if they convert to Christianity they can no longer claim benefits in the name of caste. So on paper they are Hindu but in faith they are Christian. Parties like DMK will happily encourage this duplicity and moral degradation as long as they get votes from this lot. This is spreading across India. Massive numbers and growing in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Odisha.
