I've been using a ziplite 4.0 as a personal item on spirit for a few years. Here's a tip, the 18.2 inch height measurement includes the top carry handle that bows upwards slightly. Spirit has gotten ridiculous about measuring personal items lately. The handle will stick out of the measurement box slightly, get a good gate agent and no big deal, get a bad one and you'll be coughing up $100. Place a piece of heavy duty double sided velcro tape under the carry handle, you can push the handle down and the velcro will keep it flat, it will measure just under 18 inches in height when flat, and pass the personal item bag sizing box, so no coughing up $100.
